IF IT DOES NOT WORK ON YOUR PHONE AT ALLOR IT DOES NOT RECORD OPPOSITE SIDE VOICE CLEARLY:1. Try to mix different recording settings as it described here: http://clevermobile.net/products/call-recorder/call-recorder-settings-configuration-instructions/2. There is a limitation for some phones that don't support recording from phone line or bluetooth. It’s audio driver problem made by manufacturer of the phone. List of known supported devices and configurations for them is here: http://clevermobile.net/products/call-recorder/call-recorder-supported-phones-and-configurations-for-them/Please, not give bad marks for that. I've used this app for a while, it worked fine before. But I don't know since when it only recorded my voice rather than record both? I've tried everything in Setup, but I still can't get it record the voice from the other side as well. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but still the same. Could you let me know how can I get the app to record voice from both side?
When I first installed this app it worked very well, in fact it worked for a long time but suddenly it is now not responding properly. It doesn't record the other side of the call. My voice is very clear but the other side isn't even Audible anymore. And that's a problem that's defeating the whole purpose of having this app.
in principle the app is good but there are too many occasions when I can only hear my side of the conversation and not what the other person is saying which really does defeat the object. wish this app had a button immediately after a call has finished which said delete or save so you would only keep the useful conversations rather than having to trawl through countless ones needlessly
I was using this app for almost 4 - 5 years. never had any problem. but now this doesnt work at all for me. it doesn't record any call anymore. Forgot to mention I have a paid version. Somehow it turned into a complete garbage app for me. I have done everything. i uninstalled it and installed a fresh version but still nothing. very disapponting.
Used to love this app. It worked great. Meant i could use it for work purposes as well as personal. But now, i can only hear me talking!! Defeats the object! I've tried all the different combinations, painstakingly, but to no avail. So i am giving it a bad review for this reason. A great app has become a waste of space since updates :-(
C Mobile call recorder used to work to record both sender and receiver voices on incoming and outgoing calls on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I recently upgraded to S7 and now the app no longer records the receiver (the person you are talking to) on self-initiated calls. Disappointing. Means it only records one side of a conversation.
I have the Samsung S7 V2 using the Android version 8.0.0. The recorder does not record the person I am speaking to, only my voice is recorded. I have tried numerous setting in various combinations to no avail. What am I not doing correctly? Thank you
Doesn't record anything but my own voice. a few years ago, it was working perfectly. that's why i purchased the app initially. after the new interface update, it never recorded opponent's voice.
I just purchased the pro version of this app for my samsung S9+ and it does NOT work. I have tried all configurations and still doesn't work! Paid my money for nothing!!!! I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times and still a no go! It will not play back the calls at all!
After having (over a few weeks) tried literally every call recorder available in UK on Google play store, this one actually works. I tested it using my earphones and it works. How fantastic is that! Guys use this one, ALL the others utter waste of your time. At some point soon I'll get rid of the ads.
