Some phones do not support call recording properly. This is due to capabilities of different chipset/CPU or Android version each brand/model have.

It no longer records both sides of the conversations if a bluetooth device is being used. It has been displaying a message saying it was unable to record calls more frequently. I have updated it, restarted my phone, done what I could do without losing my calls until I am able to transfer them to a different device. It used to be great but this app is a huge disappointment.
This worked great but just a few months ago, it records the duration of my calls but the playback is silent. With important call meetings, this hasn't been great recorder anymore. I used it on a galaxy note 10 plus for 2 years now with no issues. But as of last year, this app hasn't been doing it for me.
I love this app it's easy to use, only glitched once with an update to which was fixed shortly after. be aware that talking with speaker phone on or bluetooth devices may change the way it is recorded. So I suggest doing some tests to see what works best in your situation. I use this app for taking notes and reminding me of my conversations so I can provide better service to those who contact me.
this is the best app to use when you want to record a call. I've tried most all the other call recorder apps on the play store & non of them record both sides of conversation. This app records both sides, it's very clear, so clear you can hear everything going on in the back ground as well & you don't have to turn it on every time u want to use it records automaticly. It doesn't change any of your phone settings or have any of them annoying add pop-ups like most apps. I highly recommend this app.
Call recorder only works when WiFi calling is off, but that is not the issue here. The issue is that the voice on the other end of the call is very faint, and FAR from ideal for playback. While it records your side of the call very clearly, you're basically only able to playback your side of the conversation, making the other side of the conversation almost unintelligible.
it's a pity that Google blocked apps from accessing the phonebook and being able to store the caller name/number against the filename automatically, but from a security point of view I understand why. This app is absolutely fine-it records all my calls, the volume and quality is clear, and at the end of a call it only takes a few seconds for me to add the caller name, so it's not a problem.
After a recent update (33.2) the app no longer records the incoming voice. Doesn't matter if earpiece, speakerphone or bluetooth. It refuses to record the incoming part of the call. I paid for the app & this's what I get - ripped off. Such issues now exist in all NLL apps, a company which once had great customer support but they now dismiss all emails by writing things that blame all other causes even when they've been proven not to be the cause. This is STILL SO! Stole $ from me!
