Is a very good program does what it says. I give 1 star because the intrusive ads take over the phone. I don't mind them in app but they pop up all the time, even when trying to use Maps for directions and we aren't allow to touch our phones whilst driving so I have to keep pulling over. When they go it'll get 5 stars.
Constant pop up messages are a bit too much! Otherwise the app seems to be working on my Galaxy Note S10 Plus. I've been unable to find an app where it will actually record both sides of a conversation since the latest Android Pie came out. I just wish that these annoying messages would stop popping up every few minutes. It gets a bit ridiculous especially when some of them are ridiculous. I would even be willing to pay a few dollars for a version to eliminate the annoying messages.
Full screen ads and super low incoming voice levels, so low as to require the use of audio editing software to manually increase all portions of the incoming conversation - very time consuming and low quality results. Looked for a paid version to remove the sporadic, annoying full page ads that take over the phone screen at all times, not just after a phone call, without success. Back to searching for a quality app. This isn't it!
This is the very best call app that I have found (and I have tested quite a few.) Although there are occasional pop-up ads , they can be dismissed with the immediate touch of a "quit" button , which is a great feature compared to audio ads cannot be dismissed until the full audio has plays. I unconditionally recommend this app
For those of you that are saying that the app doesn't record the other side of the conversation, Google removed the ability to record the other end of conversations with the 9.0 update and may be the reason why it isn't working in order to "protect privacy." The issue may not actually be with the App. Check the EULA within the app to see if they tell you this information. I used ACR pro up until yesterday when my phone force updated to 9.0 and had to sadly get rid of it because of the update.
working just as expected! I'm using this app due to my leasing office going back and forth on their word through phone and email to break my lease. So to take care of myself legally...its sad to say that I have to record them and use it against the company they decide to switch things around. One thing though...I would like to see an option on the screen so you can record when neccessary.
Had to change my review. This app doesn't record the phone # as well as the name. In addition, it only records your voice and not the one you're talking to. By the way, it worked on my xperia about two months ago and it has android 8.0, now I upgraded my phone to samsung and I'm using android 9. I don't know if that's whats causing this issue but yeah, this app is, I'm sorry to say, completely worthless.
works well on my oppo a73...it was about the 7th app I'd tried to get one to finally operate automatically at startup.. voice records both sides... is clear and is able to be stored on ext storage... perfectamondo for moi! ...As a note: it seems that call recorders dont suit all types of phones.. its a matter of hit and miss so if it doesn't work on your phone try another...its a shame that those with negative comments haven't listed their type of phone to help the developers update their product
It records 2 way calls but there was an important call that did not capture the other callers voice at all. Also, after I reset my phone, it did not record any calls, even though the app was still installed. My rating for this dropped to 1 star. It was working good capturing 2 way calls, and now I only hear my voice. Fix this quick please.
I have been using this app since few days. But I'm not satisfied with this as it has no ring tone for incoming call. And it is really irritating that you dont when someone is calling to you. Everytime you have yo check the call notification and u see the missed calls. This app is not helpful at all. Very disappointing .. and very irritating..
So far, so good. I have got to say that I have been nicely surprised to find that the app works perfectly with Samsung phones and seems to have no faults that I can see. If this app doesn't change and get faulty when it gets a upgrade then I would recommend this to everyone. Such a handy tool for covering your back and having evidence of a hoax, abusive etc call.
The other side of the conversation, meaning not me, is at a lesser volume. It makes it difficult to hear. Other than that it does a terrific job. One more thing, I wish that it would ask me at the end of the conversation whether I wanted to save it or not. It automatically saves it but then I have to go into the program and delete a bunch of phone calls that were not relevant enough to be recorded
Using a Huawei Mate 10 Pro with Android 9. It works and not so much. If I start the app, it records 3 or 4 calls and that's it. I must start the app manually to get it to work a few times. Sound quality is great actually. If the auto turn off issue will be fixed, this app would deserve 5 stars. But...
you can only hear yourself. The other person is not heard unless on speaker. You cant have conversations on loud speaker especially in public places can you?. Doesn't make sense. And even those recorded on loud speaker dont always play. Says error sometimes. God forbid its the one you needed recorded. If there was a zero rating, i would give it that.
Apart of too much ad, the notification for messages cannot be turned off as it is super annoying. Plus, the apps will auto shut down recently, making some of my important calls not recorded. Just realize that eventough I'm using my phone to talk, still cannot record the person talking at the other side. Time to change.
Best App that I have tried. I've tried out at least 7 different apps. This Automatically Records both sides of the conversation for most all calls. Has little to no settings which is great! Refer back to "Automatic," as advertised. Some entities such a bank did not record. I've seen NO APP WORK for them. Might be the masking on their end or the way the connection works for "press 1 for so and so press 2... etc." type setups. Any explanation of these rare anomalies would be well recieved.
