On Sept. 6th I downloaded the application , but I noticed right away that I would be charged for long distance phone calls, so I uninstalled it and unsubscribed. Unfortunately, I found out that I am still being charged for a one week subscription even after 2 days of requesting that I not be charged as I don't want your application and have already uninstalled it/never used it. Nonetheless, your Google keeps charging me to pay for it and I cannot afford the long distance calling.
I tried to write directly to the company but the "submit" button in the app didn't seem to work. First, I paid $19,.99 on June 27, 2019 for a one year subscription. I updated the app and now I owe an additional $69.99 to get the app to work. Why wasn't that disclosed to me prior to updating the app. Second, It appears that the app will only record in .wav format. Is that correct? Third, when I try to use the share function it transfers some file called "over the horizon". I want to like this app. I need this functionality. If you can address my concerns I will gladly re-rate my review. Thank you.
Didn't work. Seems it dials to some US number and then you have to click to merge the call and then it records... Uhh yeah that's unnecessarily complicated. Would be nice to just automatically record when I call/receive a call... But that's not the issue - this dialing to US thing doesn't work from here in RSA. I'm sure it's gona charge me rediculous rates for international calls if it did work... Thank goodness, I'm deleting. 3 day free trial only? Come on guys...
It's a SCAM. Why is there a need to make a call to a US line? All the app needs to do is record from mic and speaker. They say it to "merge..." there is no such thing as merging here... It is clearly a scam. They will charge your phone without you knowing when that call is made. Playstore should revoke this app and it's developers.
This program works only in one way. It records every call the only problem is that it does not get the whole conversation it only gets me. I can never her the person that calls. I wish there was a way to get the person that is calling. One-way record. When you don't hear the whole conversation it is kind of useless .
easy to use, very helpful with legal related phone call. You will have to pay a small fee. Only downside is trying to save/foward to other devices.
The same problem as some of the other users, record's my voice and no matter what setting I have it on, makes no difference, extremely annoyed, should it not be sorted soon I will stop referring anyone else too use this service...
So if you buy the "PRO" version, that I did. However now nothing is recorded and then when you try to figure out why nothing is recorded and click that option under "help" it prompts you to subscribe to another premium app. Honestly don't waste your time. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!!! THIS APP IS STEALING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND DOSEN'T WORK!!!!! The reviews are from people like myself that trusted this app and its horrible. Turn away now while you can. Seriously.
Purchased awhile back and is just NOW working out most of the bugs. The one big with android auto was not fixed with my galaxy Note, so I uninstalled. I can NO LONGER install my purchased version. Refund?
We downloaded the app and it worked for a day or two then stopped working. After several attempts to fix the problem we were just not able to make it work. We were refunded in full and will be glad to try this company out again should they work out the bugs.
This app is terrible. Could not hear the party on the other end at all. I signed up for a 3 day trial and canceled it however they still took the 69.99 out of my account. I want a refund
it does not work £20 down the drain. I have also tried to cancel my subscription and I can't do it exploited once again. everytime you record you get a call charge from America 5 call charges cost me £16 rip off
The app was working fine up until yesterday 11 September, now doesn't seem to record anything, as I have to completely blank files and calls I've made now instead of showing who I've call state unknown no idea why or what has gone on what's so ever.
I've paid for the pro version twice, but have been reverted back to free edition when updated. Also, it only records my side of the convo. unless on speaker.
This is the only app that works. However the weekly and yearly rates are steep. I would think having ads would suffice. I just can't do the 8 dollars a week.
My subscription doesn't expire until 9/2020! I don't know how many important calls weren't recorded before I noticed. Now I can't even open the app without paying $69.99 for another year!
BEWARE ... SCAM ... Horrible app ... does not record at all ... cancelled ASAP and they charged my account for the full year of $74.63!!! I want a refund ASAP ... reported this to my bank and next is the Better Business Bureau! I sent you my contact info and expect a response to rectify this situation. 😡
Somehow this charged me $69.99 for a whole year. I can not get it working, but it plays advertisements after every phone call. The developers website is broken. This is a scam.
Rip off. My phone was damaged and I couldn't cancel my free subscription period, tried to get a refund. $109 a year to record calls sounds like a trap to me.
D id not try the app. seems people had a lost of payment problems. just give a 3 day trial and then disconnect instead of hoping people will forget. way to many usless recorders out there.
I purchased this app a long time ago, and VERY BUGGY and NOW THEY DECIDE TO MAKE IT A PAY BY MONTH APP, To any1 else that sees this as breach of purchase I will leave a link to a YouTube channel to vent you opinion about this app, and compensation for all the months where it has failed 2 even work. Simler has happened b4 and had a good outcome.
dangerous app. my phone s9plus blocked and 1 minute i couldn't restart or turn off it. the app want your phone number for login credit card for purchase. and after i send my number for login they sent me code by sms from FACEBOOK name and my phone crashed. DON'T TRY THIS APP.. DANGEROUS
I wasn't aware they were going to automatically charge me using the credit card on my Google account. and I canceled it because it doesn't work well and I can't get my.money back no stars
this app does not do what it says. I excluded my contacts from the app and it still record every single call and send it to my music file. which I did not know that it was doing that. I thought the exclude list would be excluded when I went into my music folder that was 40 messages eating up my storage space. I wrote them and was contacted by a robot email. will uninstall
