After a lot of searching, finally have found the perfect call recorder. I use this app on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Note. Works like magic for cellular calls only. But I would advice you check the timeline occasionally to make sure that the calls are being recorded. This app does NOT record voip calls. They keep on mentioning that it does here and elsewhere. I don't think that this will ever be possible.
5/6/22 I reinstalled to see if it now works and once again, it is working. Let's see how long this lasts before I renew my subscription. In my first review I had been using this app for about a month and it seemed to work fine but unfortunately that ended about a month later. Now it does not record the caller, only records my voice. I have been in touch with the developer and nothing has fixed this issue. Very unhappy and will not be renewing the subscription. In fact I would prefer a refund since it only worked for about a month. First review:"I've been using this for about a month, and it does exactly what I need it to do with very little hassle. Awesome and easy to use."
First time in my life that I will be taking the stress to give a negative review on a product. I've been a premium user since last year. App seemed to work "fairly well" albeit some issues that I always tend to fix myself. Recently, I upgraded to Android 11. That was when things got worse. I've tried everything they suggested in their FAQ, yet the app doesn't capture the voice of the person at the other end. Only my voice. I sent them emails but their mail kept going to my outbox.
Great app for the most part. I don't like that my voice is louder then the callers voice. I'm not sure but, it can only handle so many saved messages and then just won't record? 04/27/22 update: I went to iphone for a hot minute and couldn't find the app. I tried some others but, none were as good as this. Glad to be back on android for the app. Prefer the iPhone battery though. Is there an iPhone one or not yet?
I've had to change my rating because over the past month or a so, while my calls are being recorded, only on 70% of them, the voice of the caller can be heard. My voice can be heard through 95%. There is a strange anomaly where, after the call is completed, my phone continues to have an open mike and records my conversation for "X" minutes; in some cases, this is fine. And then there are the calls where nothing gets recorded at least 5% of the time. These need to be addressed and fixed.
Easy to install, the price is perfect not to have ads! Has security features, the other features seem interesting but didn't check them out. I sooo wanted this to work; but it would only record my side of the conversation both on speaker and off speaker. I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G. If there is a work around this issue please let me know. If it worked I would change my rating to a 5.
Started good and died. First I could hear my side of the call and the person on the other end of the call. Now it just sounds like I'm talking to myself. Can't hear the other person at all. In this time and day, some of us have to record our calls for reference. I've also tried the 'contact us' option... That directs you to whatsapp, bluetooth and other options. No option there to email.
Don't expect me to buy premium if both sides of the phone calls doesn't clearly record at all times and with Bluetooth and plugged in earphone mics. It used to in the past, but since more phone updates, you developers haven't found a way to update your technology to meet the new device technology. Please figure it out because Cube was the absolute best before 2019. I'll keep the free version until it all changes for the better
