Call Recorder License - ACR

Honor 8x, Android 10, it keeps disabling on it's own. When I open the app, it says needs accessibility feature to work, but the feature is enabled. It's like it doesn't recognize that it's enabled. Can't start the app, I have to reboot the phone in order to work again for a while, then it's disabling again. A pop up shows to enable the accessibility feature, but it's not disabled. Please advise.

This used to be the best app, but since April it has really gone downhill. Now only records if on speaker or holding the phone, will not record if you have a headset or the call goes through any kind of bluetooth! Sometimes the sound of the other line is so faint it can't be heard!! Also, it used to list the caller if they were in my contacts, now nothing.

For several years, I have enjoyed the benefits of this app, on my Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge, and its ability to help me conduct business without having to take handwritten notes during calls. I have simply listened to my recorded calls, typed up clean, thorough notes, and have not had to remember every word spoken on a call. In fact, the app has performed almost flawlessly since license purchase, and I have recommended the app to numerous people. Then the app stopped working in late 2019. In November 2019, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy s10e, installed my SD card from my old phone, and found the ACR app does not work on my new phone either. I don't want to badmouth this app. I just want it to work. A little help from the developers would be appreciated. I would like to start recommending this app again. Help!

Do Not Download for Google App Store. Download the Unchained APK instead. Due to the changes in permission, the app store version doesn't work as intended. Using the unchained apk however works well with having your voice and the 2nd caller's voice. My experience so far, the app works well and monetisation isn't very annoying unlike a lot of mobile apps. It runs in the background and just records any calls you make and saves it into your phone.

the developer claims (in an email) that you can transfer recorded calls by simply saving them to a device and putting then into your new phone in the default directory and it will recognise all the dates and timestamps as though it we're on the old phone, WRONG!.. incorrect. besides Android labs has call recorder with a simple interface. I'm done with this one. also hard to get it to record with a Bluetooth headset. thankfully Xiaomi has Built in recorded for free and works flawlessly.

I used your application and until recently everything was fine. But for about two months, the application records only my voice in the place where the voice of the one with whom I speak is to be heard - silence. Also does not define the name of the person with whom I speak. Instead all calls are * unknown *. I thought purchasing the Pro version would help, but everything was just as bad. Using your app has become meaningless.

I've been using this app for years and enjoyed the service. I'm not sure when the capability stopped, but I can no longer hear any audio from recorded calls. I've paid for the pro version a few years ago with no issues. Now the files cannot be heard? It's literally the only reason to download this app!! Without notice or warning services no longer perform as advertised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP UNTIL FIXED!

I had purchased the license and it stopped supporting on Android 9. Only records outgoing voice. Fair enough it may be a limitation of the OS but how about refunding the amounts for people who paid for the feature? Oh, well, it's alright I guess but please make sure it works on your phones before paying. It does not show any warning by automatically checking the system.

Hello, I used to love your app which used to work smoothly and record even when using Bluetooth headsets, however I lost many calls recently as the Bluetooth headsets support seems to be gone. I have just even upgraded to pro both to support your work and hoping it would fix the issue which, unfortunately, persists. (I tried using several different Bluetooth headsets to make sure the problem wasn't on my end). I am using an Honor View 10 with the latest Android version and auto updates.

I was very pleased with regular ACR for several years up until a few months is not the same. I purchased pro and it's worst. It only record my voice of the conversation. It randomly select which calls it will record instead of all of them. Samsung & Apple need to come out with a phone that has the feature on the phone forget the apps.

As of December 2020. This app does not work on my Android 10 phone. About a year ago, the app informed me that it could no longer record phone numbers associated with calls. Now, although a file is created. The file has no audio, when played through the app or otherwise. I paid for the Pro license and now feel completely ripped off. I am reporting this to Google play.

The app worked great until recently when it all of a sudden stopped showing my contact names. I went through all my settings and can't find a way to refresh or anything. Kind of useless if i have to sift through tons of calls just to find a call from someone specific. 1 star until fixed.

Used to work well but now doesn't always record, sometimes whole days of calls are not recorded. Playback has also stopped working properly as sometimes there is no sound at all or I can hear my part of the conversation but not the other party. Also I purchased the premium product but it is no different from the standard and in fact the app still constantly prompts me to purchase the premium version even though I have already done so. Time to ditch ACR and look for an alternative I'm afraid.

Half of the time it just does not work . Works great half of the time. But if you're relying on this for regular use it's not a good option. This is literally cost me hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars because I'm relying on it to record Communications between me and various vendors or other contract represent. For some reason it just does not record at various times.

It was the best call recorded but now its completely useless. It can't record anything in my Note 10+5G phone. Not one mic, speaker, headset or Bluetooth. No way it can record a single bit of noise from any call. I can't believe I paid to buy this app. If I had not updated possibly it would work. After selling the app they ruined it.

Whenever I need to record an impotant call, it always fail to do, those calls not needed sometimes it record. Due to this, value of this softwr is zero, "A Big Zero" No updates are there, no sound quality, no contact selection when it records.... Please solve problem
