I purchased this app last year and had been using it with no issues other then the phone # didn't display on the calls. When I got a new phone, the app didn't transfer. I downloaded it again and paid for the full version again. I have not been able to get this to record the other parties voice. I sent 3 emails to the developer and have not been contacted back. I have not received confirmation that my emails were even looked at or received. Disappointed is an understatement
Having second thoughts I bought this and thought that the recorder was going to be better. The recorder actually has a conflict with something on my phone that doesn't make sense. Most of the time it says it can't record and it also shows up all of the time that the caller ID is "null". Other than those pretty big deals I like the app.
This app is horrible. What a waste of money. I upgraded to the paid version and it functions worse than the free one. Still doesnt show the name or number the calls were from. So you cant set it to only record certain calls. More than half the calls dont get recorded! This is sooooooo frustrating and useless. Dont waste your money!
It does the work. But I bought the full version, still so many ads pop-up. Also, can't see or open the voice logs within the app. I found the voice logs using file explorer and had to play it with voice recorder (another program). I'm using Motorola 5g plus and Android was upgraded to 8.1 recently.
i used the free version first, it seemed working ok. To show my appreciation, I bought the Pro version and recorded calls can't record voice from the other end, only my voice. I contacted developer few times but no response. requested refund but no one answered. Very unhappy! not cheap app at all. Stay away!
I tested free version first then bought Pro - ZERO issues. In Pro - NO ads. ALL calls record as per my settings. The app's invaluable. Can choose MP3/WAV, save to SD, choose which calls to record, record mic or call, etc. Suggest people having issues CHECK SETTINGS/try usual troubleshooting stuff. Just like PC's, some OS's/devices need earlier app erased pre-upgrade. There are many different variables - don't be so quick to judge the app. Am using Android 8 on Moto e5. My Huawei worked too.
I downloaded the free version and soon realized it only records my side of the conversation so I clicked on "get full version" and was prompted to pay and upgrade to the pro version. I paid for the pro version but it still wont record the full conversation, just my voice. very unhappy with this app.
Does not work. Very disappointed considering I have paid for the pro version. The free version worked ok but lacked the finer points you would expect from a paid version. With hindsight, have found others complaining of the same issue. Come on 'call recorder pro' GET IT RIGHT!
Hit and miss! Used the free version with no problem, upgraded to get more features and now the only voice I hear is mine!! Either the other party is so low or its non-existent! Only records up to maybe 10 or 10.5 minutes! Useless. Looking for another app. Money not well spent!
Do not pay for this app. The app has to be open at all times to work, also it doesn't record even if u find the right settings which took almost an hour to do it only records the last 5 seconds of the conversation. I looked up online how to use it and it only gives image tutorial which was no use.
App works ok but the playback volume is way to low. I purchased the pro version and submitted several feedbacks with no results on this critical issue. I am uninstalling after this post. I installed the real original call recorder which works great.
Used to be good. Can bairly hear the calls, names don't appear anymore, and last call recorded was in June... I did like this app and would like to keep it but you need to fix the problems. This app helped me in some situations..
My brother has an older version of this app and there's more features to turn things on and off the app in the 10 version has very little features to offer I do not like this app someone needs to really put all the features back into it before they put it back into the Play Store
Switched phone and app transferred (which is great) what's not so great is that I now get a NULL error and only some of the calls are recorded. Tried deleting and downloading, along with changing setting on app. Null error continues.
I paid for the app hoping the app would record both sides of my conversations. It didn't. First I tried with headphones, then actually holding my phone, the result was the same. Very disappointed and I'm hoping I'll get my money back.
This app is pointless. It records calls, but the playback has no volume on it at all! Utterly useless application and seeing if I can get my money back as it doesn't work.
Tried free version and no call would record. Purchased full version which would not record either, this time I noticed an error popping up when making a call (seen on the dial-pad screen) with "Null()......." Attempted on Pixel 2 XL on latest original firmware. Refunded.
Best phone call recorder(pro version) yet! My only problem has been other apps using the microphone which stops call recorder from working at all. I have no idea how to figure out which other app is using the microphone so that I can delete it!
Working extremely well. Buy it. My phone crashed due to WhatsApp and i had to reinstall Call Recorder Pro and there were no issues. AND... Now it doesn't work. And they are not responding to emails. June 12, 2020
Classic app! This is one of those rare occasions whereby you are completely taken by surprise! This application has saved me on many occasion when dealing with tricky clients. I've always said that if it's not in writing, it never happened, well the same goes for this app, what is said, it what was agreed. Thank you for the smart app, not to mention the well thought out UI. Cheers
