Call Recorder S7

when I first began using the app, it worked very well. Caller ID information was retained on all saved calls, making it easy to find previous recorded calls. Now all calls are saved as private caller. There's no way to identify the actual calls in the history. this problem makes the app completely useless. Are there any solutions to this problem?

Works great! Make sure the person on the other end of the line is talking loud enough. Make sure you don't have too much background noise. Does not work with Bluetooth. And I can't remember but I don't think it works if you're using speakerphone but I'll have to try it again sometime on speakerphone so don't take my word at that. And then if you have your phone numbers in your contacts it'll give you an option when the phone calls over with to save it or delete save from contacts or enter name #

Paid for subscription and it stopped working after few months. Want a refund. Waste of time. I had the trial version and paid for the subscription for 3yrs. Anyone wanting a call recorder try Cube ACR. It works just fine. This app as it wont work on Samsung S10 as advertised. I have been talking to the developerswho are refusing a refund even though I paid for a service for the year which they have failed to provide.

This app doesn't work properly.. when playing the conversation back the volume is very low !!! Can't adjust it any higher it's not working correctly.. plays volume back low through ear peice and through speaker phone!!! I've even bought a yearly subscription thinking it would work better. But it doesn't it was a waste of money..and all calls in or out are being identified as unknown or private calls !! Dosen't sync with my contacts !!

It doesn't work anymore. When call shows active call at notification bar. but don't save. Even after the call end the active call keeps for a few minutes. The pop-up with stop and resume is not showing. The record list doesn't show any recorded. I've already reinstalled. S8+ not rooted. all permissions granted. default settings

Having used it I wouldn't change. Costs pennies. The above seems to have been misunderstood although it seems perfectly clear to me. So try again : Having used this app I am happy with it and would not change it for another app. This app does not cost much and is good value. I had it on my prevoius phone. When I bought a newer phone I installed it again, even though I had to pay my annual fee again, I did not mind, after all, for all it costs, it wasn't worth complaining about.

EXCELLENT to record full volume both my voice and the other side of the conversations. Now I can do interviews for radio! Bummer won't pull ph# from call. EDIT: I have since realized that I can enter ph# to "contacts" then press "set from contacts"! I can then rename it again in order to make it a little more customized to that call. Press page symbol for file on right 4 options like rename.

I am now uninstalling & canceling my subscription. Even after following the developer's instructions to uninstall and power off phone then install the newer version, I still can't hear anyone else. What's the point in me having the app if the service isn't good? I also had to pay another $5.40 to get the newer version subscription, although I had just paid for the yearly subscription for the other version before installing new version. So $10.80 I've paid for subscription & no service; I'm done.

note 10 plus can not save filename properly. it always save files without phone numbet. even i have give permission for all and changed name setting several times. please update asap. i have used your app for years. hello! hello! you replied it was system problem for all. but but but i just download Cube arc which can record properly. and it is free. you shall work hard! hence, i change rate to 1 star.

Love this app, never had any problems until I got Note 10+ (previously had Note 9) . It no longer shows/saves with # & name. Every single call comes up as private. Please fix ASAP or I'm going to have to cancel my subscription and use another recorder 😢😭😢😭. I cant be the only one this is happening to. Will change rating to 5* once this issue is fixed.

Works great if you turn off Wi-Fi calling or just Wi-Fi. But is a pain if you forget to switch it off before making a call. Then you have to remember to switch it back on. And if someone calls you and you've not got it switched off then does not record the caller thank you for getting back to me though

Finally, it is working on both side parties recorded on both my S10Plus & S20Plus. However, the issues of using "headphone; earphone; earpiece" are still not resolved, if you inserted your earpieces into the devices while conversation, only my voice could be heard, the other party voice could not be recorded. Look forward to seeing this issues resolved soon!

Google messed this app up with security settings after updates to Android version 10. I'm in 11 now and it's still not fixed. Only records one side of my call. I'm in contact with the dev team. I hope its the right one and they fix it. You'll probably have to get this from the developer website not the play store.

Fantastic I have my wonderful call recorder fully back again since I've upgraded my phone to the Samsung s10 plus. This app is the best I've ever had and as pulled me out of some sticky situations in the past when I've been called a liar or in trouble at work brilliant just brilliant and now it's back I hope with my fingers crossed that no bars get put on it now and it can be left alone.
