Didn't even use. Had an hour wait to change a Disneyworld reservation and this app has nothing for Disney! LucyPhone and GetHuman have Disney. I'll use them. Uninstall.

I find it hard to accept policies etc when not written in English! Maybe users don't read, but I do
Language is Chines, How To change it to English?
