Excellent App. Poor reviews seem to be from issues that have been addressed (shows the app is well maintained). The small fee for the full version is worth it, as the added customization opens many options for parents to use as they see fit. Brings Santa Clause experiences for the holiday to a whole new level and expands opportunities for fun during the holiday season, and year-round if desired. *UPDATE* Childs name was added to list for call setup. Makes the experience more personal and magical

Update: Here we are in 2021 and still using it! We loved it tonight as we were able to add cousins in to do a multiple child call! They were so excited to see Santa!! Our little one saw that Santa was in the USA and she sprinted to bed! 😄 Thank you to all who work on this app!! 2020: We have been using this app for about 3 years! Our little one loves it and it definitely adds to the Christmas experience!! It really helped this year! Keep up the good work!!

I was setting this all up for my three kids and I was checking out the call and after Santa goes through the list of items the child or children like (because I tried a video call with all three children and a single child, I even tried selecting different reasons for the call.) it continues to keep locking up and glitching out after that point. App is worthless till it gets resolved. This happens even after updating it nothing helps.

I got this app in 2015 or 2016, not sure which year as I was very sick both Christmas's. First, I got the free version, which was fun for all the kids-6 in total. The following year I bought the full version. The kids really like this app, especially the younger ones. Lots of fun with the games, the scanner, and calls from Santa.

this guy is awesome for creating this. he is anttentive and if there is a problem with the app you contact him and he fixes it (to the best of his ability) to the build of your phone. love this app and will never uninstall it. Every year there are new features and little details, Amazing

So disappointed! A friend recommended this and it worked great. We tried scheduling two calls both played an intro and then nothing else after. The other we called Santa and after explaining the connection issues it just froze again. Thankful we were still able to get a refund after paying £7 for basically nothing!

I paid for the extras over the years and used to love this app but now the app constantly freezes when the kids get connected to santa, it's quite frustrating to have to keep hanging up n try again and then try to explain to your kids that we might have to try later for it to happen again 😔 when working this app is magical though, the kids do love it.

Im having trouble, i paid for the app, but no matter how i change settings in the parents section all im getting is voicemails?? What am i doing wrong Update Yes, sorry, i accidentally blocked calls, perfect app, i like that its only a once off payment, and many different reasons to call, thank you 😊😊

Absolutely love it Only problem since last year the video calls dont play back the callers voice. Phone isn't on silent and volume is up. Using galaxy s8 and upgraded to the paid version. Please help. Love the app though.

This is an application I really enjoy. I want my kids to really feel the experience so I didn't mind buying the full version. I can edit the kids names and add different ones as well. The best thing though is when we video call Santa and he knows all of the kids names that are in front of him. I love this app and definitely suggest it to all. Fun fact is that I had the neighbor's kid, who doesn't really believe, to question himself. Merry Christmas

We had this app last year, this year after paying I was shocked to see it crashing when you click anything to do with a photo.. really disappointed with how bad this app has gotten, please fix it! My kids love this..

Plz help I have downloaded this app 2nd year running but this time around it can't open I have uninstalled and re installed numerous times but nothing. Click on app then black screen then back to my main screen on my phone. I have paid last year for full version.

The lite version worked without any issue since downloading the paid version the app seems to freeze a lot especially in the video calls to Santa. Very unsatisfactory, I hope you can resolve this problem as my child loves the app.

(edit: They had it updated in less than 24hrs. App works perfect now. Thank you) Worked great until the 12-11-18 update. Now when I try to take a picture for the scanner, the app crashes.

This app is amazing. I use it for my little sisters and nephew and they love to video chat and have phone calls with Santa. Their names are unusual so I placed a name request and their names were added quickly!! I love all the features especially the profile parts where Santa tells them what he knows about them (according to what we enter like favourite colour, fruit etc) to make it more believable. It would be nice to add Favourite Animal because my youngest sister keeps talking out loud to Santa that her favourite animal is a snake. Sometimes the feature to schedule a call from Santa doesn't work, that's the only down side. But this app has reinforced my 9 year old sister's belief in Santa and made Christmas magical for them! THANK YOU!

I love it. My daughter is four and I love that I can customize everything to make her think Santa really is watching. For example, lately she's been mean to her Daddy, so I can set it so Santa encourages her to be nicer. I have the paid version and I think it's well worth the few bucks! Fantastic app.

I'm only givin 2 stars because the ads keep popping up right in the middle of every conversation. I paid $4.99 for this app, so, you would think that it wouldn't contain ads. 🤔 Disappointed.

The concept is so neat! And the look on my daughter's face when she saw Santa on video call was priceless... But the disappointment that followed when it froze was awful. Santa "called back" and then frozen again... 3 times it froze... all at different spots, so that was a little upsetting.

I paid for this app last year and loved it, this year the sound does not work on the calls or video calls. Sound needs fixed otherwise it would be great app.

This app is shocking. It doesn't work, it freezes and skips. Was really looking forward to using it for my 4yr old son as this is the first year he seems to understand Xmas, not impressed at all.

Terrible. I was so excited to love this app but I've had nothing but issues with it. Every time I tried to do a video call with Santa it never launched. The worst part I got my kid all excited to have Santa call last night and every time I set the time and if the app was open Santa never called... Now if the app was closed you would hear Santa calling and as soon as you went to pick it up nothing happened. So disappointed it was a hard night for my kid

Used this on a Samsing S6, S7 Edge and now on S9+ S20 and no issues. My kids love this. Simple to use with Santa call back or text message. They also added my daughters name to the list. Cool as she can't get anything with names on it. 4 years i've used it and it's brilliant. 10* from me.🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻 Why can't I add a date for the santa text and just a time?

Not great! It keeps freezing and so I can't save the video call chats. Tried twice now. Not impressed! I had updated to the latest version!

I'll give it a 5, when it adds a widget for my little friend to use. She can't always read the app right, so I have to help her, it would be awesome if they added one.

Great for Kids up to about six or seven. After that the are prone to catch the delays and subtitle things in the conversations. The tracker is awesome.

This is a terrible app. I used it last year and worked great. Paid for the upgraded version and it will not work at all. Just freezes. Waste of money

We have used it for three years now, great app. The kids love it, already asking if we can call santa lol my 4yr old is constantly grabbing my phone and playing with the app trying to get to call santa lol the calls are customized and the video calls are perfect on Christmas eve.

Best app so far. My daughter loved it. Getting a video call from Santa was amazing but she also did say that she knows he is not real🤣. So im trying to convince her by sending more messages from the App. Help Santa!!!

Dismal. A year on and it still absolutely destroys my Pixel 2. It works once or twice and then Santa has a fit and the phone shuts down and won't restart. Dev initially helpful and then ghosted me last year, never to return. Utterly frustrating.

Amazing app. We use it with my 4 yr old. The specific details about her that santa mentions on the calls are fab. So easy to set up too. Love love love!
