This was my first time using calldoc. The process was very smooth and easier than I expected. I received an appointment less than 10 minutes after requesting one. Dr. parmila devi was exceptional, professional, honest, and enjoyable!
Extremely useful app. Especially in these hard times when it's quite risky to go out and especially hospitals and clinics. The UI is quite good.
Take some consulatation charges (50-100 inr) instead of keeping it completely free and use part of that amount to upgrade your server. Its always busy. This way at least one may be able to get in touch during this crisis situation.
I chose to video chat with a doctor that was available "RIGHT NOW" hours ago, and it says that I am still waiting my turn, not only that but I can't even cancel the appointment even though it has a cancellation button, I have tried to contact the email provided with the app and it says that the email address doesn't exist... IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD... If someone can please help that would be great! REPLY IN ENGLISH ONLY!!! MY REVIEW WILL REMAIN 1 STAR UNTIL I SEE A DOCTOR!

Firstly, the app asks you to agree to their terms and conditions by tick marking. However when you open and conditions, there is nothing showing. It only means you will have to blindly agree to their terms and conditions.
I came to know this app recently.I had an conversation with the doctors.They are very friendly.It is like talking to close family or friends.You do not need to hesitate. The response are very positive.I had share my problems.They guide well in terms of medicine and precaution.However will see the result.One good thing is language convenient.You don't need to go out physically for health checkup.So it safe time,energy and money.I suggest to try this app those people who can't go to the hospitals.

The app doesn't even login. It always show server busy and I see so many people reporting the same issue for weeks now. Please don't create or associate these such apps with govt when you can't handle their bare minimum login functioning.

Hi, App is cool there is lots off doctor in the list but most of the showing off line. And someone is showing online they will take too much time to connect a call or chat.

I downloaded this application to consult a doctor. But after mobile number verication it always says that...Server is busy. Unable to fetch details. Please try again. I tried it many times and found same message. So this application is not working properly and it is not wrong to say that Delhi Govt. Helath Deptt. is not checking or verifying it regularly. It is failure if Govt. It should be more patient friendly and easy. There should be a customer care who can resolve it immediately.
