Caller Name Announcer announces every thing while some one is calling you or send you a message, you will identify it with out looking to your smart phone. Caller Name speaker uses the built-in Android text-to-speech engine to announce the incoming caller name or SMS sender name and contents of the SMS.
This application is a Caller Name speaker which speaks out the Incoming caller name , message sender name and message contents or message body so that you can identify who is calling and who sent you SMS text message without looking into your phone. Caller name announcer voices the Caller id of the calling over your phone’s ringtone. Caller name speaker announce who is calling you or sent you an SMS either your girl friend is calling you or mom.
Caller Name Announcer will not work if your smart phone does not have text-to-speech library but this is not a problem you can easily download it from Google play store.

I wanted something that would speak the caller's name from my phone book especially when I was using Bluetooth earphones. Android already reads out the caller number but not the name. It didn't do anything when connected to Bluetooth. I wear Bluetooth earphones all the time when I'm driving and working so my hands are free. Without Bluetooth connected it just announced an unknown number calling from the 2 phones I tried. Both are in my phone AND speed dial No good. Deleting after I post this 😟
This will not announce who is calling on phone calls, even people in the contacts.. Just says Unknown caller. It will announce SMS text caller. & can set for not to read the actual text. Galaxy S8 with version 9 Pie
terrible app annouces after you answer the phone, sometimes doesn't announce at all, can barely hear the voice even though I've adjusted it in setting, way too many ads i will be uninstalling it
It tells you there is a call from an unknown caller but then there is no way to answer the call. My father is in the hospital, that call was probably important. Also when you are setting up EVERY SINGLE KEYPRESS STARTS AN AD.
Does not work on my Samsung A71_5G. What does work - ALL THE TIME, NONSTOP, is the adds! NONSTOP adds! Constant NONSTOP adds. If it did work, I would still uninstall due to the CONSTANTLY ANNOYING NONSTOP adds.
Caller I.d announcer is an amazing application. It is very well designed and it works really well. I had a great experience with that application.
Do any of these apps work? The name is in my contacts list and it still says 'call from unknown' and its not just this app, it seems to be all of them😠if I'm wrong then someone please, give me a heads up.
An absolutely perfect application to announce caller name when you receive your call. Now just hear your ringtone and the name will be automatically announced

Does not work like I thought, all unknown callers remain unknown. If they are unknown, it announces the call unknown. Stupid, I'm going to delete this app now
Working well just wish there were less ads maybe a paid option . Also missed some names that are in my contacts .I am going to try another app.

The app is not picking the caller ID, and announcing that unknown is calling me even though I can read the ID on screen.
It's OK once you get through the setup. During the setup it's infested with another ad at literally every click. Aside from that it works great. One improvement I would like to see is, I have my phone set to block unknown callers, but this thing is repeatedly telling me an unknown caller is calling. Please add the option to block unknown callers. For these two reasons I can only give 3 stars.
