Caller Name Announcer – Hands-free calling app

It started out okay but now the app doesn't allow me to answer any calls...had a very important one at t h at. Also the announcement just stopped working. So for that reason, I will have to let it go.

Please add the option to only speak when connected to earphones...

The only thing was you can hardly hear the person name that's calling.

this app works exceptionally well, my only gripes and the only reason i did not rate it a 5 is that there is no setting to adjust the voice volume, or a setting to play only the call announcement instead of it trying to announce calls over the ringtone and after each announcement it " pops up" the caller information which disrupts the GPS when im on my motorcycle or driving which makes it extremely frustrating to navigate especially on the motorcycle.

What good is it if you can't here the announcement? Its so low you can't here it. and I have missed a lot of calls because of this app. There's a delay because of the announcement before the ring starts. not to mention the ads take up about 95% of the screen and whenthe id pops up it's like all in your face it's hard to see the information you're actually looking for. Uninstslling.

It's a good application, it does what it says it does. I find it helpful when I am in another room amd it's inconvenient to take a call just then. It announces the callers name amd with spam calls it announces the number. It usually blocks unknown callers, if it's a number you want to keep you can unblock it.

Love the app until the last update. Now the app does NOT read out the caller number and does NOT read out the incoming text! I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still not working! Will give it two week for the company to issue new update to fix above issues. Meanwhile will look for replacement app.

Last update took away the capability to announce and read texts. I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app and it is working great again. And now, after another uodate, text function doesn't work again, so I'm Uninstalling.

It's nothing great, but it does what its suppose to do. Comes in handy when it announces caller name, and settings are available to adjust voice speed, voice pitch, & voice tone.

When I began using this app, it was great. Now, when I get incoming calls, I'm getting two calls at the same time with different numbers. If you block the one you're not familiar with, you're also blocking the one you are familiar with. If you can fix this, it would be an awesome app to have!

I am constantly being interrupted by ads when I am trying to perform task. Some times while driving. When I find out what app is the cause it will be deleted! The info is logged for lawsuit!

This is intended as a neutral rating. The app has yet to display anything but unknown caller. It can't seem to find contact names much less any others. I left it set the way it installed. It is vs 5.9.96 Curious if I missed anything but at this point 😕 it isn't working

this app used to be awesome. it read out the texts i recieved, same with phone calls. then the text message audio only read portions of text that wrre confusing and now it wont read out texts at all. dissapointing. hopefully you guys fix your issues soon. im using LGxpower2 .

I was expecting this app to announce calls using names in my contact list (if they exist). Instead it just reads off the number like every other app I have tried. Using Samsung Galaxy S8. UPDATE: if I turn off my bluetooth device, all I hear is my ringtone; no announcement. 09/16/2020 Any updates?

apparently this app only announces callers who are on my caller list. the announcer sounds like she's in a tunnel and would be hard to understand. you didn't tell me it contains ads until after I had installed it. I don't want any more ads. They don't do the advertiser any good because I never use them and it irritates me greatly. in fact if I ever needed what one of the advertisers is offering I wouldn't call them simply because they have irritated me so much by popping up when I don't want to s

love to know who's calling in case my phone is not beside me and if they don't leave a message after the answering message comes, I can go back to see if I know the number. When they hear my voice and to leave their name and number so I could return call, they usually don't and hang up. I then know it wasn't a call I would have taken anyway, friends and family know to leave me a voicemail or I'm unavailable. Recommend this app.

Only provides visual announcement, no audio. Provides the same info as the phone screen without an app. The volume is set to maximum and notifications setting is on.

I set this up with my new Pixel 3a, all i get was "no numbers." even someone called is on my contact list. I'd allowed everything on the app but still don't work. I also setup Cantonese speaking language and saved but it never register.

Nice to know who is cAlling...especially since I have a new phone!!

The worst caller app ever!!!! It won't let me give a zero star. Hung up on important phone calls, dropped calls and muted calls. I had to do a factory reset on my phone because of that app. Luckily my phone os now working better or you would be buying me a new phone!!!! Maybe your company should get out of the technology business!!!!

i was happy with it before the updates. Now it doesnt read tge text messages. I don't like it anymore. Cannot find read text message features. I will probably cancel.

Something is eating my battery up in there my other phones don't do that the batteries last for three or four days so something going on with your phone on here could be an emergency and it's not going through quick enough

Works well 99% of the time. Sometimes it shuts off on it's own.

Does not announce I have a speech problem and I can't record my own announcements please fix!

It was great til.the update. Now the ootion 2 block calls is gone frm the screen, & all the options that do show dnt do anything 2 block calls nor look em up on the web....fix this plz back 2 the way it was b4 the messy updated version happened . Thanks

It tells me who's calling. If it's not in contacts, I don't have to answer. It helps me alot.

works great when am busy doing chores or exercising and not able to pick up the phone right away . i dont miss important phone calls then. Thank you its a real big advantage to me. I appreciate this application for that and it cost nothing to use it.
