Contacted customer service to ask about their service. Representative who assisted me didn't want to assist bec I didn't have a business email. Was argumentative, sarcastic and rude. I can't imagine how hard it would be to ask for their help if I encounter any bugs, issues or any roadblocks. Poor customer service. Not recommended.
Great, except if I can turn off regular inbound calls notifications and just turn on sms notifications that would be great. That's why giving it 4 stars.

With my offices in multiple countries, I faced a regular issue with calls. There came CallHippo to the rescue. WIt the Global connect features, the international calls gots consistent. Call drops were no more, and instead, it saved much of our time. I really must say, excellent service by CallHippo and its team. Keep up the good work!

Cosmetic design but no versatile SIPphone. Not warning of in-app purchases but coercing into in-app purchasing ugly numbers and not servicing already purchased numbers. I feel disappointed.

The feature that sets this apart from other service providers is reliability. It has got a very simple interface and clear calling plans unlike other apps which are confusing to say the least. Call quality is also excellent and have hardly faced any outages due to sever issues during call. App is super light on the phone. Messaging interface is also very convenient.

Designed and developed with user friendly interface. CallHippo makes the life of salespeople much easier especially in the time like this when we are working from home and have to connect to the clients all over the world. The best VoIP app I have come across so far.
Devs are interested in hearing from users but then do nothing. App ignores the state of the phone app and finds overt the top of it. won't ring through car bluetooth. can't cpt and page info from app. overall a lackluster attempt at a useful app. Update Feb 2020: Ok enough of this - it's getting deleted. The app has no clue if you're already on the phone (native app) and rings over the top, which then shuts off my mic and puts the call on speaker. Most of the time the app never rings. Instead I get an email that I missed a call. Rates one of the worst apps I've had the misfortune to use. It's so bad, and the support so poor, I'm considering changing providers. There's got to be someone out there doing this even 1/2 right. Ha what a joke. They give an email to send feedback and that fails!! Seriously? What sort of Mickey Mouse company are you running? "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist" Yeah, you REALLY want feedback....

I've had this service for over 6 months. The app does not work properly. Everyday I have to uninstall it and reinstall it just to get it to work correctly. I chose this service as a business line and seriously regret it. They charge for outgoing minutes after I paid hundreds for a years subscription. They charged for a extra line on the same account I wanted for my assistant. I'm very unhappy and will not be renewing.

I have enrolled to this service for about 4 months and never faced any issue. The quality of service is fantastic, I use this as a second business contact and I has been great. You really need to have a reliable internet with a good speed, which It is the minimum that the ISP have to provide. I really recommend it !

I don't even know where to begin. This is an absolute nightmare of a service, app and company. From the moment I purchased a plan it's been a terrible waste of time and money. The app is horrible, the toll free number I purchased never worked, I was on chat support for almost 2 hours on the start of my work day and my problem was not resolved. I received an email stating I was low on credits when I've yet to ever use the service! Customer service is also terrible, terrible, terrible!! RUN!👎🏼
Complete fraud! Stay away from this service. They take your credit card details and the website doesnt have a feature to change the payment details. So the auto deductions continue. Service is also terrible - they charge separately for credits and only allow a min of $30 for credit top up.
The idea is here but too many thing ain't working: 1) conflicts between phone calls & App when forwarding enabled. 2) sometimes app is not ringing at all- you have to restart it, empty your cache, but even after the bug comes back. THIS IS A MAJOR BUG because if you haven't unable forwarding you will simply miss your clients calls! 3) we cannot change global settings (number availability, support, account info & subscription, ...)- & when you try with your mobile browser they write you a friendly msg to tell you that the full version is only available on Desktop. 4) SMS section does not work with Phone contact, as for CallHippo contact there is a bug which makes impossible to select a contact. On the overall this app is too much focused on outbound calls which is working fine, while they seem to forgot to take care of the inbound calls section which is very important for many users! (& we can have the same remarks for their website as they have no functionality to receive inbound calls from Desktop browser)

The customer suport team is excelente!Always willing to help at any time with any subject related to the problem and the prices are comparable if not better with other Virtual Phone Services i tested.The app is fast too, for the size (70.12MB) is very fluent and responsive.I had some problems trying to create a new account even with a domain email i couldn't register. I experience some crashes and my account keep looging me out.The overall experience has been pretty good.I honestly recommend it.
Pathetic experience overall. Lags all the time. Calls get cut on their own in the middle of talking. And even when you force stop the app (cuz it won't close when you close it) your phone will be in a calling state and won't allow you to play videos because your phone thinks a call is still in process. I had to uninstall and restart my phone to restore function. Even then, I gave this a try from another device and the SAME issue occured. Dunno what's up even though we pay for callhippo's service
After 2 years of regular use..Call hipoo i quit due to poor call quality of call and huge charges of each and every options available in their settings... Customer need to pay for number, recharge that number... Now costumer need to take one package as well.... Our teams stopped using this service... Now using numero e sim.... Cheap and affordable and great service and call quality....

I enrolled in this service six months back and haven't faced any issues yet. I am using the number as the second point of contact and I must say the call quality is excellent. The features that have helped me the most are Call Forwarding, Team Collaboration, Voicemail, and Call Queuing. If you have more to do with calls, CallHippo is the solution. I strongly recommend using it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I wish I had the option to rate it a negative star. The most horrific experience I have ever faced. None of the calls got through...and the only thing I got was missed call notifications. The customer service guy was beyond acceptable logic. They recommended me to buy another phone to avail the services of this product. Do Not waste your money with this product.
Doesn't work properly after the latest update. Freezes whenever I try to launch the app. Have sent multiple feedback report but to no avail. I need to restart my phone to get it to work but this is highly inconvenient and doesn't work everytime
