All international calls placed through our application depend on the quality of your Internet connection. Please make sure you have a good signal and that no other software or program is using your Internet resources when making an internet phone call.
• Can I use my phone contacts?
Yes, but you have to make sure that all phone numbers are saved in international format: country code + phone number.
• How much data does the app use for an online call?
On average, the app uses approximately 1MB/min for making a voice call. In order to benefit from the highest quality available, we advise you to use the application with a WiFi network. Any costs resulting from using the application with 3G or LTE/4G networks when you call internationally or send an SMS are not covered by us.

Unable to install the app on Samsung Galaxy S21. The old version I had, stopped working suddenly. Now I can't download the app Pls confirm if there is a device format that you don't support?
Hi, There is major issue with this App. Trying to call but constantly person receiving the call is having voice repeat issue. Call receiver 's voice is echoing back. please check the voice quality if you want to compete with players like Rebtel and skype. Tried to contact your support multiple times via mail and your website and there is no response at all. Appreciate your quick action.
This app used to be good, not anymore. When you contact customer service, they have copy pasted replies ready saying: check your net connection, if using 3g/4g connection, if other party having good net connection or not. In short, it is useless to contact customer service. Time to look for better operator which gives good service for money they charge. If anyone in the reviews section knows a better app, please feel free to share. Thank you !
The worst app I ever used...it wont connect straight away..every time, I have dial or try 4-5 times and its disconnecting in the middle with out any reason...again, I have to dial again..when I re-try, same issue again..also, call clarity is not that great..there are so many other calling apps available in market like REBTEL etc..which are much cheaper than this..it's very very expensive and not that great..customer care is pathetic
Not sure how to select this service with such quality. I tried to sign up for the last 2 days. Every time it shows server error. I was able to create a login using the website but still unable to login through the app. Again the same server error. Now I am wondering if I should switch to this service.
App is very bad... Every time I have to wait for the app to connect to come up online . It takes for ever. Whenever you are in emergency you can't really make a call. Rebtel is far better, I regret on my decision to change it to call India
The app is terrible. Many a times it does not detect the contact numbers in the contacts. Then I have manually write the numbers separately and call offline. The app is a mess.
It is the worst app. Voice quality is way too bad. On top of it app works only with my home WiFi and for other wifi is just shows connecting status. Please use other provider
Dear Callindia Team, This app has network connection problem, whenever i use this app for calling it always gave me bad experience, voice disconnecting while on call and shows network error .. but i am also using some other apo and that app are working nicely on the same internet connection. PLEASE TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES ASAP. I have purchased a calling package and not able to talk properly by your app. I spent my hard earned money on it for calling ..but i think its totally wastage.
Call quality is good. But it keeps on dropping for 2-3 seconds at every 5 minutes of interval. Rest I found very good, in terms of ui and features.
1.There was no warning during registration even i have created the same account 3years ago. 2. After registration, When i logged in it shows my 3years ago creation date. it is does not matter. but where is my credit ??? which i bought with new registration... 3. I asked customer care, they asked me, mail id, phone ( which must be all with thier database). 4. reply, even after follow up. l??? forget about that. some how i managed. then the connection.?? there is no 0 or -star to rate.
I just upgraded my phone to android 10 and application stopped working. Caller on other side is not able to hear but i can hear. Application is already have mic access.

Inexpensive and convenient way to reach out to families in India. The only problem I experienced is losing wifi signal on and off.
Shows always connecting and not at all get connected. Logged in but unable to use it.
Useless app. Call drop issues. Poor call quality... Becareful,they will do autorecharge even if it is disabled.
Voice is not clear sometimes and takes loong time yo connect sometimes. But it works ok for the money paid, but could be better.
Not working at all, my internet is good and no restrictions on voip , and installed latest app.. after open contact and click for call then its closing and opening dial pad

I have subscribed to india unlimited plan of one month .but when i tried to make a call it was telling me that dont have enough balance . My plan will expire on 2nd jan 2020 .nd i have subscribed this plan on 2nd dec
I paid but still on placing call, the other person cannot hear me..now don't come up with slow internet, it's 60mbps.. it's a sheer waste of money
Toot too much data it's costier that simple call,, I am requesting you to please not to renew my plan once it will be expire, worst service ever.
Apps not working properly show me poor connection all the time and when i tray direct phone to my network i need enter my pin number every time this is bade please improve your system
