You can use the app from the comfort and safety of your vehicle, or on the go. Never worry about “plugging the meter” or walking back to your car to add more time to your parking space. After downloading the app, setup is a breeze. Simply sign on to our secure servers and enter your information with a secure PIN. Once the information is in the system, you can begin using the CallToPark app.
Find the nearest CallToPark locations via GPS map or select from locations listed on the screen. CallToPark knows which lots are around you!
Manage your free CallToPark account through the app or on-line account at http://www.calltopark.com. You have the ability to manage your credit cards, users, PIN, and even print out transactions for easy expense reimbursement.

Garbage. Someone I guess took my phone number so I can't use it, and when I press forgot password the app crashes. Can't use the virtual teller anymore because they shut that down and the number is defunct. When I press forgot PIN on the website it points me to the defunct phone number. Can't pay without making an account which is the dumbest thing ever thought up. Half the city's parking is now inaccessible to me. Awesome.
Had to pay for two vehicles. The app has no way to extend the time on more than one vehicle and you don't know which one you are extending. For the second vehicle you have to start a new parking session. Very confusing for more than one vehicle.
Does not allow you to find a parking location when you're more than five miles away. Also does not show Diamond Parking location in Kingston WA. Also, parking receipts do not show 6-digit location number. Was unable to extend my time through app. Good idea, but poor execution. Fail
Horribly insecure. The entire account is secured with only your phone number and a 6 digit numerical pin, and they want to store your credit card info protected only by this short easily hacked pin. This app is a huge data breech waiting to happen.
They need a better way to find the lot on the app. The interactive map stinks. It's super-hard to find the location numbers, even on their website.
Bad App, Worse Company. App keep crashing, will not accept my valid credit card until the 5th reloading. Company is predatory with its fees. Hopefully cities start shutting them down.
Check your credit card! Multiple charges from same day! 🤯😱Customer service is terrible! ☹️ All they do is rip you off and tell you they can't do anything. That and it's on Diamond Parking if anyone is to get a refund. Waiting two weeks and counting still nothing! 🙄 Contacted today 1/14/20 told to email Diamond as they still can't or won't do anything from Call to Park.Stay away from them along with all Diamond Parking lots! They just want your money nothing else!🤑🙄
The idea that I had to waste time to download, install, register and pay them a fee in order to pay a fee is absurd. The only reason I did it is because I was alreafy parked. Uninstalling this predatory app now
What a F'ing joke of an app. Trying to set up an account and get as far as verification code and never got a text. Not convenient at all.
I was in a hurry. I downloaded this app and paid for parking in less than five minutes. it was easy. thank you for bringing paid parking to the 21st century!

Forced to download a dumb app in order to park when it easily could have been a website or text message.
Easy. Cool. When integrated with GPS the app find your parking lot automatically.

Worst experience payed for my parking come out on my break time find a ticket stating I didn't pay but I did twice I dont even know how this company is running but its trash quick to take your money an leave you hanging customer service dont even know how there services works practically lied to my face an wanted to argue the issue pulled up my bank statement an he got quiet . Rather pay a bum to watch my care then use this service

Needs a "most recently used" feature in the lot number field. Needs to show the name of the lot in which I am about to pay for parking. Needs to preserve the screen state across user sessions. If I was entering a lot number in my previous five consecutive sessions, I'm probably going to need to enter a lot number in my sixth. Don't keep showing me the nearby lots screen, especially if I exclusively park in private lots that will never show up on that screen.
Required invasive permissions and wouldn't work unless I enabled it to access my videos and pictures. Why do you need to see my pictures to let me pay for parking? Enabled location, had to enable precise location and had to set it always on even though I typed the location manually. So it tried to forced so it could double check. To bad I had sat down in the restaurant. So I had to go out to my car before this trash would let me pay.
