CallWatch-Boost/Virgin/Sprint

People complain about the fact that calls are still coming through even though they have the subscription but if you go into the settings if you turn off your post call notifications (which allows you to be notified of missed calls are blocked calls that have come through) then you shouldn't have that issue. I find it funny that people tend to blame the app when they don't take the time to fully understand app and all the functions & settings.

Helps and is a great extra added step for fighting off harassing robo calls and telemarketers. I recieve an avg of 10 scam calls per day. Same people different numbers mostly. This has helped a lot. I love the report option. If it actually helps go after them I dont know but worth a try. It could be more user friendly and more intuitive but not bad for what it is. I also agree that this should be a free option but for 24$ a year it isnt that bad for some sanity.

So far this gets a three. I used to use this before switching to iPhone and kow that I am back it does not seem to be as good as before. I get the "subscribe to see information" message but when I try to subscribe the app tells me that I have to wait until the 19th when my free trial is over before I can subscribe. this is most likely (I would hope) a bug, but the app is pretty useless to me until I can subscribe. Hopefully, after I am able to get my subscription again everything will work.

Within two hours of installing I received the same telemarketer call I've been getting twice a day for weeks. Blocking numbers sounds fine but the use a different (or spoof) number almost every time. And the app made me uninstall the previous blocker app with an already substantial list of blocked numbers. A list I can't get back. So if Boost expects me to pay $2/month after the 7 day trial this app is going to have to perform a helluva lot better!

Charged $2 in Boost account. Then Boost shut off my entire service asking for $2 the next day. So I paid again. CC shows two $2 payments. App now asking me to subscribe for $2 (free trial is gone) but won't let me subscribe (nothing happens). So I'm out $4 and a free trial and I have no working app. Also, advertising lead me to believe this app would block spam texts but the word 'text' doesn't even appear inside the app. I regret the entire experience.

I love that it allows me to block entire area codes that are harassing. It doesn't let unknown calls come thru at all. And I have been with boost for years and this app works fine for me. I guess it's just a situational thing when ppl say it doesn't work with boost because mine works as it supposed to 🤷‍♀️

No more unwanted calls from telemarketers or scammers since I downloaded this App & signed a document with my phone service carrier to not sell my information! True Blessing to have my phone back & have calls from family and friends that aren't interrupted with nonsense calls! This App also shows who the names were who have called in the past before I download it. Thanks a bunch!

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO BLOCK KNOWN NUMBERS! I added this add-on service to block someone I knew who was harassing me. I had never recieved robocalls or spammer calls before. Within 15 minutes of installing the app I began recieving a "spammer" call repeatedly. Now I'm afraid to remove the service because they will not stop calling. I'm getting so many calls that I never had a problem with before and I know it's because I installed this app.

I paid $2 to boost mobile and when I go on the app to subscribe, it will not let me. It keeps me on the free subscription even though it is a add on to my plan every month. I need a app developer to contact me cause I can't find any information to help with this matter on the app.

This app use to work until they switched to the new network. Now it doesn't work, it's incompatible. Might be a good ideanti seriously upgrade for compatibility.

This app is junk it has jacked me for my money doesn't work gives your personal info out beware this is a very bad app run as far away as possible and the service provider doesn't do anything but tell you to reinstall it and when you do it highjacks your phone run from this ripp off app and 3 years of bad service and choppy phone service now that sprint has managed to jump ship all love is lost

I subscribed as part of Boost mobile and cannot use to do any of the things I'm supposed to with subscription. I keep seeing "Subscription Free" under status though I got a message from Boost saying I was subscribed and the added cost would be included in my next phone payment. I can't do anything with this app now.

Most of the time, callwatch tells me who is calling. I can block calls from people that I don't want to talk to, including scammers, etc. Over all it does its'job very well. But there are some instances that I do not know who is calling and they constantly call and block their own numbers, so that I can not block out those. So, I don't know what to do about that problem. I hope that CALLWATCH can do something about those irritating instances.

It's not actually blocking anything, it's got a good caller ID but everything keeps ringing thru. I have 3 days left on trial and no idea how to cancel this. It's got not much use if it doesn't actually stop my phone from ringing. Its more just a good caller ID app. Someone share how to cancel this before I'm billed?

Does not work with the new network- if you already have it, be wary. If you have a phone less than 6yrs old you're likely on the new network and therefore this won't work. Just FYI before you download and grant it permission to use all of your contacts and call history then it tells you the network is incompatible. THERE NEEDS TO BE A WARNING LABEL BEFORE DOWNLOAD.

Was told to download this because of all the spam scam calls just to have it tell me that it doesn't work with an expanded data pack which I assume means the unlimited service. Employees suggesting this should know that. Kind of worthless. would like to know how so many scammers got my number. This started the second I bought service from boost

Right after downloading this app it identified 90% of the calls incoming to my phone as scams. The other calls I had to add to the block list, but easy to do.

I thought it was on my phone before. The Play Store says it works on Boost ,but I downloaded it try to open it and it says it doesn't work on my carrier. Very disappointed I really wanted to to use the app

I pay extra to make sure unknown spam and telemarketers calls are blocked. Not sure the point of paying for something that doesn't work. Why offer it at all if your features are laggy and insufficient to the user. My phone rings constantly with unknown numbers spam callers and telemarketers. Hello!!!! This app is useless.

Pretty solid application. Well though out features. Ads are not intrusive. In fact I haven't noticed any. Really feature packed. Covers everything I can think of.

Does not block calls, I can add numbers to block list however the phone will sting ring repetively several times till I decline the call. What is purpose of this app, it does not block incoming calls. I have to decline call to stop the ringing.

Beware...this product does not work with Boost. I've been charged to use CallWatch for two months without the ability to use it. I've asked for help from the folks from CallWatch and only received escalation response.

If it worked correctly its an awesome app but it says I am not subscribed that my free trial has ended however when I try to subscribe it tells me to wait until my current subscription end 1/24/19. I've emailed tech support but no response back.

Blocks some of the calls but not all that I have asked them too. Some of the area codes that's suppose to be blocked are still getting through somehow. I'm thinking about dropping the service, if this isn't fixed soon!
