Calm - Rain Sounds - Sleep and Relax

You can't get into this app unless there's an internet connection!! I ran out of data and there was no wi-fi available so I couldn't turn the stupid thing off because it wouldn't let me in. It was set for 4 hrs (and really loud too). I had to turn off my phone, but when I turned it back on, the loud thunderous noise started again where it left off! There was no way of turning this thing off. What should have been an app for de-stressing and relaxation turned out to be a total nightmare!!

This app is very nice, unfortunately I can only use it when I have internet, as the download option doesn't work. (My downloaded sounds don't show up in the downloads tab.) Still giving this three stars for the very nice rain sounds, a nice interface and the fact that I haven't seen any annoying or disruptive advertisements.

Works and plays as describe. Ads are minimal and none intrusive. Thank you for your work. Update: Ap now stops when screen turns off (S8). It used to continue until the timer turned it off. Does anyone one have a fix? Developer/User. Unfortunately, the developer's email bounces.

Revised...suddenly the app keeps turning off. It won't play for more than 10-15 minutes. What the heck happened!!??? Love this app. The sounds of rain are relaxing. I have it on every night as I'm getting to sleep. Rain has always been a favorite sound. So glad I found this app.

Revised opinion! Now it only lasts for 2 minutes! This has now become useless for its purpose. No longer recommended! Mesmeric! Combined with the moving image and colour it was so very calming. Wonderful! Highly recommended. First time round was fine, subsequent use was no good as it only lasted for 2 minutes. This is no longer any good so I'll probably delete it. Final opinion is - useless!

This app lulls me to sleep because it has so many different levels of background noise. My favorite is the Peaceful Rain, which sounds quite similar to the rain on my roof at night. I absolutely love the sound of gentle drops on my roof. Very helpful app!! Wish, however, they would take the rain sounds from INSIDE the house or the garage on a wooden roof! I don't like the trebble sounds, (such as the rain on the leaves) as much as the lower decibel sounds of the rain droplets on the roof.

Whil this is a great app. It dose show a cloud button at the bottum of the page with a down arrow in the center. Unsure of what it might do. I pressed the button. I then had a window pop up saying this feature not available without permission. I would like to know just what that function it is suppose to do and how I might get permission to be able to use it.

At the age of 12 I have not know the sound of silence.I have always had ringing in my ears that has grown louder with time. I tried everything and nothing worked, BUT for some reason this is working for me. I Thank everyone who helped to create this WONDERFUL app. IT is by far the best sound app.It's realistic, and that makes it HEADS and SHOULDERS above the best that are out there.

Excellent app. It has a variety of different rain sounds. Long play periods. When put on a loop there is hardly any delay when starting over. I've searched through dozens of different apps, and I consider this one is the best.

I love this app it has alot of the rain and thunder sounds to choose from I use it every night sometimes during the day. This app has some good features You can turn the volume up and down and set the timer when you want it to stop so you phone isn't on all night onced you are asleep I sure you will love it too.

When it connects it is indeed very relaxing. I would suggest that more of the visuals be like the one with the ship on the stormy ocean for those that want to keep their eyes open! Sometimes hangs up android sound and becomes hard to close.

This app is unbelievably amazing! I have a hyper 2 yrs old and putting her to sleep is a struggle every night. The sound of the rain put her to sleep within 2 to 3 minutes and I was fast asleep right behind her. I absolutely love this app!!!

Love this app. I love falling asleep to storm sounds, like its far away. Best way to drift off. This app has many different storm settings, and you can set a timer. No ads interrupting , its perfect!

Very good so far exelent & exelent & exelent. 5 times. It is great working great sounds great. I have used this app for over two months now and still very pleased with it. One thing in my opinion needs looed at is the selection should be better for a bigger selection.

I LOVE the PEACEFUL RAIN, but when it's finished, it changes to a DOWNPOUR, or something- just not pleasant!!! I was just about asleep and when it changed, it scared me and I woke all the way up!!! Instead of changing to something that was NOT CHOSEN, maybe it should either repeat from the beginning again, or simply shut off???

This app is fantastic! It has the most calming sound effects I've ever listened to....even find it to be better than the expensive sound machines you can buy! The app has so many different sounds you have a great variety. I use i every night to sleep now, Best App Of It's Kind ❣️

Just recently downloaded app but I can tell already it will be my favorite!! So many sounds to choose from, although I lean to rain and thunder. Can't wait to try them all and make my playlist (that's a nice touch). Keep up the excellent work!!!!

I go to sleep most nights using this app, I find meditation music actually wakes me if it changes while I sleep whereas rain sounds keeps me asleep. I also like the timer function so it goes off after a decent amount of time.

there are some that are really good, but there are alot that sound like static. If you could lower the stactic sound it would be more enjoyable. Just a thought.

Great app. Sounds of the rain are excellent and very relaxing. I Iisten to it at night and drift off to sleep. I highly recommend this app. I have no problems with it at all.

Every night I set my timer included in this app for 1 hr. and off to sleep I go. There are 35 different kinds of rain or thunder and rain. Something about the rain makes people sleep hard. Thankfully, I'm one of them! Thank you so much for this app! Love it !!!

This is the best application for sleep sounds I've used in all the many years I've been using sleep and meditation apications. I would rate it higher than others having a high price tag!

I often have a difficult time going to sleep. My body is tired but mind is racing. This app works like a charm. Calms my mind and puts me to sleep quickly, and I can take it anywhere I sleep. Has every rain sound you can imagine.

Switches from the one you picked to another randomly. Wish it would stay where you put it. Other than that it's very nice.

My favorite is the rain and the Tibetan Bells it just takes me away stuff glad I found it it's my favorite. I wish it wouldn't change after 50 minutes I would like to be able to change it myself.
