Terrible, your Apps doesn't block Play store nor all other apps I configured to block, the contacts page doesn't have the scroll button to configure at all (looks different from your tutorial within the app), I wished I could upload screenshots here to show you guys more but unable! Wasted my time, just like many other reputable brand PC app, doesn't function as advertised! I've tried many over a week with different brand of mobile, strictly follow instructions & grant all necessary permissions
After a week I can surely say this app works as it should with the smartwatch we bought. I was able to set up the contacts, alerts, GPS works fine, call quality is above expected and in general everything works as it should. I noticed minor glitch, os dependent probably, when I am not able to send a chat message from the app itself, although I am able to do it from the website account. As for the opinions saying it doesn't work- reading the manual before using this app and whining can be helpful
After changing SIM the watch is not working anymore. Already waiting over a week for a solution, very disappointed by the customer support of a product that has a monthly subscription and COST you good money. As for the comment, the new SIM have 1GB data bundle, it have no PIN and it has 2G (I can see the watch getting network) - I sent already 3 emails to contact but problem is not resolved!
Chat does not work on pixel 3 android 11 app, works on iOS though. Also watches does not support non-latin letters, they are shown as empty squares. Try to send "привет" from iOS app chat to watches and open it. Please fix this issues. Also please implement possibility to block outgoing calls from kids.
horrible! at first I loved the app but then began a huge dislike!. My primary language is english and when i need help its in Dutch or European. I send emails and get mo response. If they do respond its short and rude. App does NOT do everything they say.
When opened chat from push notification, it is not possible to go to main screen of the app, it is always redirecting to chat screen. Have to force stop application and start again
won't let me change from a weekly to a monthly subscription, or even tell me how much it is in US $$!! if you want a better rating, then fix this!!!
My child goes into power save mode and that disables the app, she then turns off power saver mode and can continue using her phone with this parent app disabled... how can I stop this from happening???

Cannot register a device. I just see loading circle. Same for adding phone number, screen blinks... Nothing happens.
After last update the "turn the device off" option has disappeared from the menu. Shame, as this is the only way to switch my pet tracker off. Now i constantly need to recharge it even though I use it twice a day for 2 hours tops. Overall the app is ok, intuitive and easy to use.
