There is no where on this app to find anyone to resolve issues within the site. It's got me going round in circles with no way to update the app or speak with anyone to find a resolution. There must be a clitch or something with this site.
Really used to work good but now I am having nothing but error messages trying to login. Then it says Browser not supported so I can't even login on the mobile app or the website.
The apps okay if you're basically just checking to see how much money is left on your EBT card. But at least the touch ID option doesn't seem to work, there's no option to download any forms you need, it doesn't provide any of the notifications that you get through the website. It's a fair example of how out-of-date and out of touch government services are with modern technology and customer service.
(Edited): I gave this app 5 stars before. But here lately it hasn't been working properly. When I try to reset password it says to update browser. App is useless now until they fix it.
Love the app fast and easy. One bug I'm having is that it's not uploading documents which can cause you to start your process all over with the department of human assistance 🙃 😅
I used to have Fresh EBT, and I'll be going back to it after this mess. I have to sign in every time, (the other app has device recognition which makes it quicker at checkout), this one always logs me out claiming my password is wrong, (I only use 2 passwords), plus the layout is just cheap looking. Fresh EBT also has meal plans, food budgeting tips and even recipes. This one has much to be improved. Not user friendly at all.
Horrible app,and even worse website. Absolutely no instructions anywhere. Nothing functions properly. And there is no way to access the app without the website. And the website is the most useless piece of junk I have ever had to interact with. Do yourself a huge favor and DON'T waste you time. Because trying to use this app is nothing but a waste of time..... 2chours on hold would be faster and easier than this piece of junk.
Like most other apps and functions does not recognize username and password and if you go along to try to sign on to your account by looking for a forgot password option to have a reset link texted or email to you none exists --- even though they help menu instructs you to scroll down to the bottom of page where there will be a forgot password option, which makes everything even worse and more frustrating! I keep reporting glitches but they don't fix them. Good luck.
2022 no one even checks it 2 weeks now account still discontinued what bs 🤬 dont have the option to put paperwork in if you dont even look at it 🤷 no i have to keep sitting on hold to try and talk to someone great thanks bs app
Horrible. Even when I use the EXACT browser it asks for it fails to do anything, but it reminds me to use the same browser version I'm already using. Please fix this, it won't let me confirm my account or see anything useful. I appreciate you, and thank you for making the needed repairs.
The upload documents feature doesn't work. The app closes and disappears as soon as you touch SAVE. The website upload feature isn't working either and they didn't give me a worker name so I can't even email the documents directly. I did the renewal via the covered California website a month ago per the instructions in the packet. Local office wants to cancel my medical coverage DURING A PANDEMIC! But "we're all in this together" and "stay safe.stay home." Right? Now I have to go be exposed.
App worked well until covid, now it won't long in 75% of the time, when I do get in, it's only good to check balances. Tried to upload documents, took a picture and then app crashes. Horrible.
I have the app on my phone but most of the time it tells me that I can't log on until I complete the account. My account is complete because every great once in a while it actually lets me on. There's no way to contact them from that app so it's basically useless
😠Completely useless & no one ever calls me back. It has no directions that actually work. It literally tells me I can't view case online, but tells me to click on "yes" to link & view online. Then say add in ID info & save. After that it askes to reenter password to save. But when I do, its says Case is already linked & the "No" check box is selected automatically. I have tried everything. Some times It says I have no account info for me but literally has my name showing at the top. Help!
I cannot upload document. I clicked "take photo" but nothing happened. Please fix.
Doesn't offer much of use but at least it works, unlike the Mybenefitscalwin website which is truly awful.

Have been trying to upload documents for a week now and every time I try it logs me out. I've lost my benefits because I can't get the documents sent and I printed paper work and took it to the office but they tell me that they can not read what the paper says, The documents are too light. This was my only other way of turning in documents, is there a way this can be fixed please ?
I've been trying to login forever and it keeps telling me I have the wrong password! And when I want to reset it or tells me my security questions are wrong! When I know there right because I wrote them down! And then it locks me out for 15 minutes every time.! I'm done trying.!
I'm so upset!!! They cut me on my stuff knowing I have sent them over and over throw the app.. and ever since the covid... this is don't wanna work at all... you go throw the steps to upload the documents and once you push ok to the picture you had taken... it kicks you out!!!!! .. and I never gotten all this extra money that alot of people are getting blessed with .. and im getting nothing on top of they cut me off... when I did send everything in then I try to resend everything again..won't go
Usually, this app works very well. For the last 2 months it just hasn't worked. Removed app and then uploaded it again-STILL DOESN'T EVEN OPEN UP. Ridiculous.
Didn't help me out. Was fidgeting with it for more than an hour. No success. Your better off downloading the fresh EBT app. That's what I did. It's way better. Sorry for the two-star rating but I gotta be honest here. P.s: I wouldn't mind using this app again if it made some major improvements.
If I wanted pending it's a hit .but pending is not what I need!! Well since I've been with the big three.wireless fiends this truconnect is Tru to their name thank you for making easy what the others have made impossible just follow their protocol and they will follow yours.good job
It suddenly shows me an error and says I haven't setup access... But I have had this for years.. I just went online via my pc and it worked.. But the app doesn't work
horrible app. creating an account just takes you round n round. Even after getting email confirmation that my account has been set up, when i attempt to login on the app it says account not found.
Why?? Discontinued the app that was working for San Bernardino county.. Thiss app doesn't support San Bernardino county, so why would they make that change if it's not going to support all the same counties????
I Apologise for my last review , I was not expert how to use this Application. Its the great application . And it help everyone to apply for . It keeps the file or document for about 60 days . Till you get a chance to submit your application. I appreciate those who provide this facility to us . Thanks and wish you all best luck.
So, this app was fine at first. Now I can't submit my annual renewal, or really anything at all on the app. Its only good for seeing if you have money on your card and when now.
