If you go to apps in your setting click on this app and manually turn mic and cam permissions on it will work. At least it did for me great app.
Go to settings once downloaded the app and allow permissions for camera and voice and fire away .......literally lol

This app does not even open after installing. Please delete it from play store.

Ok this app requires that you manually set permissions. Once you install go to app permissions in settings. Allow both video and mic. Now app will load. Only issue now is no one is on it cause they think it don't work. I hope this helps.
