Instant Translator is designed to make it extremely easy to translate words from your papers, letters, etc. It includes both recognition of the word (OCR) pointed by your phone camera in selected source language and translation to a set of desired target languages all instantly!

The app screen only has the capture button, the frame for text, buy pro version and the ad. It is extremely inconvenient that the ad pops up a lot and adjusting the frame would accidentally open the ad.
Please do not hide the setup cos i cant opened setup with on screen button
Don't waste your time.
The camera won't let me manual focus it but the auto focus is terrible and takes forever to focus enough for me to take a legible photo, and once the photo is taken word reconnection for character based languages is just awful at best it got 10% of the word on the page correct. Maybe it works better for other languages but for Japanese and Chinese try something else.
When I scanned Arabic, it intelligently auto detects it as English :) and offers translation in Spanish! So the app does not know what it is doing. It's like a drunk driver. No settings to tell it source & target languages.

Crappy app keeps telling me that everything is being translated from spanish, even tried chinese... Japanese. .. Korean too!
