already uninstalled the app as suggestied by support to see if fixed issue which it did not. everytime I need to log gives me message about cannot verify credentials, that I need to reenter my log in and password. then needs to send me a text message to verify. this is very frustrating. it is unacceptable a bank with such a reputable name has such a faulty app.
The most unstable and unreliable app I have. It closes, stutters and collapses frequently. Not intuitive either. This web design was not created for the user.
Only works occasionally. Usually it tells me I entered an invalid password when I know it is correct. The way it displays current balance and transactions is primitive.
To bad you can't give less than one star. Other than getting my balance (which it did just fine) this app is useless. By the the I figured out how to deposit a check (witch is like finding the holy Grail) the app crashed. I do not have the patience to deal with bad app design even if I do have the time. With everything shut down due to Covid 19 depositing a check is only possible of your app works. CTc, I don't know what you paid or who made your app but you got screwed.
Piece of c*ap. After multiple attempts to make it work including uninstall and installing I gave up. Switched to web browser access and signed in using exact same credentials I was using for app If you are a glutton for punishment go ahead and install app if you value your sanity I recommend accessing via the web

Serious login issues locks you out of your account on a regular basis
The only time I ever need a banking application is when I need to deposit checks remotely. This application cannot do this, despite that it purports to have this capability
Unusable for check deposit. Been a month of "try again later" and "initialization failure" messages. Reinstalled and still no luck.
I'm getting really tired of try again later messages when I really need to deposit a check or pay a bill. Update 12/27/17:. Fix the app so we can pay rent. Why is this so hard?

I can not log in on my phone or my wife's phone. App has been broken for years.
However, it's functionality is quite limited.
Useless if I can't get past the sign in screen. It just sits there saying loading until I give up.
Why 24/7 service for Web AND NO SIMILAR SERVICE FOR APPS. UNACCEPTABLE. CAN'T MAKE DEPOSITS WITH A COMPUTER IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW.
Am I supposed to write it down in my checkbook or scrap of paper in my wallet?
Hey CTC, I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years and yes you've come along way. But in regards to this app it needs a huge huge update. Since your a small bank you have very little conections to apps, such as B of A and Wells Fargo have. So how about you include these features in your app. Such as NFC payment, Finance management, and budgeting. Get with the ages please. Thanks
I am abroad and have been tryingt odownload this app on my Andoird Droid Razr Maxx. Each time i start up the app it freezes and crashes before I can even log in. When I go to the mobile banking site it says I need to install the App to access my account! Very frustrating....
I installed this app to find the nearest ATM. The search crashed the app and the proceeded to crash other apps and finally crashed my phone! I uninstalled it immediately. If it gets fixed, I would like to see a feature where it uses your GPS to tell you where the nearest ATM is rather than having you try to guess exactly where you are.
For some reason, I cannot get the endorsement side of the check to come out clearly. It always comes out blurry then the app won't accept it bc it can't read the endorsement.
Not usable anymore. Used to work fine on my galaxy s5. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times. No luck. App loads, asks for login info, then just spins, says "loading" and won't connect
This app would be great, if it worked. Don't bother with it.
The app does work, it has some bugs on Android where the fingerprint log in stopped working and makes me resign in each time but it's still useful to manage your money. Need another update for Android to fix the fingerprint issue is all.
