Camcorder for GO:MIXER

Wish there were some settings in app. This app has worked fine for me at times, but other times it will record audio from the phone mic rather than the mixer and there's nothing I can do about it. A simple settings menu where you can select audio input would sort this. There's no info in the manual online, making this app unreliable and therefore unusable :/

It's been almost a year since I got roland go mixer pro hoping it would work on my android phone with the help of this app but it never worked!!! You should push an update or do something as there are so many people having the same issue thinking there is a problem with the device. I only figured out that the problem was my phone and not the mixer pro by trying it on my IPad.

This app has great potential but it's too buggy and badly needs updating. It doesn't work well with any of my phones. Please do something about it, it is crashing and giving timing issues and sometimes poor audio. It's a great app but needs to be updated.

In my Samsung S8 mobile, I have tried all things possible connecting ths go mixer(this camcorder app has no options screen or feature) . With all these, I am able to record VIDEOS only in mono which is so frustrating after spending so much with buying go Mixer. A simple TRRS cable could have worked. As it would also records perfectly in mono. Why would I need this Go Mixer and this Camcorder app to again records in just mono? Waste of money Roland.

I was really excited for this but the app doesn't work correct. the audio is not in sync at all with playback. the audio is way faster than what is being played on video. hopefully I can return this mixer back and get my money. incredibly disappointed in roland.

finally, this thing works again on my phone. I'm using samsung galaxy a8+ 2018 with android 9.0 with one UI. And it works very well. Try to update your phone to android 9.0 , it might help you guys from the problem like audio cut and video+audio sync . Hope it works for you !

Works well but needs more features like being able to record to the SD card so you don't run into the trouble of running out of space on your phone. Also it would be nice if they made the 4x camera app that they have for the IOS for Android as well.

I was so excited to get this because I thought I would finally get to record some drum videos but every time I hook the GO Mixer Pro into my phone it shuts my phone down. When using this app it won't even start with the GO Mixer Pro connected to it. I just don't get why all those great YouTube videos make it look so easy but yet I cant get it to do anything at all. What a waste of money.

i was rate it bad (1 star) bcause audio not recorded, but found out that it conflict with ntrack apps. So now i had to revise the review because now the problem solved, BUT the audio recorded was skipping/jump/glitch whatever you name it. That will cause your video completly not sync with the audio and it cannot be fix. I heard that this was roland gomixer common problem to android version 8.1.. So, this app and roland gomixer is not recommended for all android users..

using android. been trying using diff up the market android. the video keeps lag behind. the audio keeps skipping. can't synchronize at all. Is it the box problem or the apps problem? can Roland do something on the apps ?

Works flawlessly for me. Absolutely zero detectable latency but it should probably be noted that I am running a Google Pixel 2 XL, which runs stock Android. Third party OS skins probably introduce latency.

Pretty basic app. no setting to improve the video quality. Why does the application save my recorded videos in file manager. it does not show in the Albums. need a lot of improvement

I used this with my Samsung galaxy j7 prime last 2017. After I updated my phone this 2018, the music and audio is not at all in sync and there is fast forward and cut as well. rubbish go mixer of ROLAND. please fix this! you have family too and wait for your bad karma. believe me, if you can't do solution for this. Lot of people regrets of buying your products. Aren't you ashame?

Music stream has no low frequencies Sounds like total trash. Don't use this crappy app or purchase that junk Roland Go Pro Mixer. The only place your going to go, is back to the store to get your money back. You have been warned!!!

Excellent bit of kit, I've got a Sony zx premium and it works perfectly, top tip, check your phone is compatible on the website, so many bad reviews are from people with phones not on the list, overall, highly recommended

This app is absolute rubbish. Even with the latest Go Mixer Pro, the recorded video skips. There are no updates to resolve these issues

It work with my sony xperia z5,but sometimes my video that i recorded has a problem.some of the video turn out to be black,and my phone show that i cannot support the video format.

The video and audio are not synchronized, I thought I would not need to edit video and audio as roland adverts said, bad

can't get this app to work at all with the go mixer pro. i have complained to Roland. Zero stars.

TERRIBLE. No support for USB C. Roland made us throw money at them for a device that wouldn't be updated.

yes,android 9.0 is giving the best in sync and latency.it is now totally fixed.
