Only search function is keyword. Can't search for title can't search for author. Also in the account function, can't see status of books I've ordered; can only see books that are already checked out. Functionality is very limited, and this is only the first 10 minutes of my experience with this app, so I can assume that there are even more deficiencies I haven't experienced yet.

Disappointed that it doesn't work. Doesn't recognize my library card number or pin. It used to work great. It was just a redirect to the website which was fine with me. Now that it's an actual app it doesn't work for me.

Digital card no longer works...closes upon trying to open. Reported to Haddon branch and on line multiple times. Uninstalled/reinstalled after notification of fix..it works again. So convenient to have cards on phone. Thanks

App keeps closing when I try to pull up my digital card. As I am unable to find my actual card, I can't check out the materials I have on hold.

It will not let me select my card no matter how many times I try

I was able to store all of our cards on the app so the kids could check out their own books. I like that I can label each card, so I know whose is whose.

I like to order my books online. Been doing this for years and my books are at the library when I get there .I can renew my books online.I love this app.

The app was easy to use and allowed you to link to the catalog system. When the library changed its catalog system and the system's url, however, it failed to add the new url as a direct link in the app. Instead, it added a barely visible separate link that makes you reenter your info each time you try to use the site. The change was suppose to be easier. That's not even remotely true.
