Despite having had these cameras for years now, once again the live feed just won't come up on the app. The app just doesn't work as it should.. So frustrating and its not a problem with my device. Really considering just having them all removed and getting something that works as it should. I've had problems on and off with this product now since purchase and whilst support have always been good. You shouldn't need as much. I just want products that work and Cammy doesn't work very well it seems
This is a good app. Helps me keep an eye on my dad who lives on his own. Problem with the live camera on my android phone. It's fine on my iPad. This is a consistent issue as this is my 2nd new android phone. It was great at first but after a few days just stopped the live cameras: it just keeps searching for the feed but never finds it for either camera. Please fix this issue!
It's OK but the alerts can be several minutes after the event. It used to be much better. Live feed doesn't work on the external Camera. This seems to be a common theme looking at other reviews. Moving house soon and I won't be installing cammy at the new place. It is just too slow and can't view live feed. Still cant see live feed
Terrible, does not work on Android, constant loading screen on instead of live feed of the camera, yet works perfectly fine on Apple iOS
I have to keep signing in all the time now... Also when I do watch live feed it breaks down and cuts out the movement.... Any help?
i have had cammy for 2 years never a problem seeing my cameras in view just bought a new lg phone with the lastest os on it and cant see my cameras in live view works fine on my old phone though
nothing loading again won't even let me log in saying server error . had nothing but probs lately
As with the last reviewer, crashes on opening in the last 2 to three days.
First time trying to use it doesn't let me view cameras at all yet works perfectly fine on ios

Cannot login anymore. App updated and now comes up with an error stating no internet connection!!! I'm connected!
Feel safe knowing I can remotely check on my family, pets,home deliveries while I am away from home.
I've been having problems since March 20th and it's a month later and I'm still having the same issues with my alarm my alarm is set people are in my house and alarm is not triggering on my phone I'm not getting the emails I'm not getting a phone call I'm not getting anything but alarm now doesn't even work no more now and nobody has reached out and contact me in person it's just running around and running around and run around poor communication highly upset using this app this service and being charged for it and it's not even working properly
It's good camara to have because when you are out you can view your place live

The app is fine. Shame that everytime there's an update,some issue arises. This time, no live view. Guys, If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Too expensive...
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about I just installed it yesterday and haven't had any problems yet. I'm running Android on a Samsung phone- I'm not sure which version of Android but it's fairly new I've only had this phone for about a year. Alerts are working fine, as well as camera controls and even the microphone as an intercom. After I've spent a little time with the system my rating may change but for now it seems pretty solid.
