It all depends on if you tent only or RV too. This app shows only places that take tents. Even boat and hike-in ones. Camp & RV has a tent filter and has more than 4 times the points of this app because it has both tent camps and stuff tenters may not need like: RV only parks, truck stops, rest stops, RV dealers, low clearances, parking lots and much more.

This app was great traveling . Was able to find camping at state and national parks while not being ripped off by those over priced rip off private campgrounds. Used this al the time when traveling cross country on my motorcycle. I even paid for it and their rest stops app too. Why the hell they shut it down 👎👎👎.

Love this app, does what it is supposed to do and more
It doesn't fail necessarily, it works. The ui is a bit clunky. Search results are brought to you in no order, & there's lots of stuff not listed in the results that should be. Dev needs to try HERE for more robust local search results. Disappointed app was so expensive.
This bailed us out a few times this summer when sites were full and we had to find an alternative quick before the sun went down! Love this app. It would be great if users could submit GPS info about sites not on this app to build the database.
really you're better off using google. most of the features on this app just send you to a Google search anyways. there is no actual interactivity with this app. not at all worth the price.

I would not travel without this app.
We camp often and use this app to research an area before we go. Very helpful. I do wish it had more of the free campsites and off the beaten path sites but still excellent.
I would like to see a filter for AAA discounts. Links to the reservations would also be helpful. For example links to their Reserve America page or even just a filter for "reservations accepted" Keep up the good work! I love that it has privately owned campgrounds as well as all the rest.

I drive a truck and bridge weights (capacities) on the side roads, ie, non-highways, would complete this app.

This is a great resource if you're looking for any type of campground anywhere. Personally I want something more like recommendations, pictures, and reviews rather than just a link back to Google searches which honestly have told me nothing. Also, I purchased the Camp and Tent app for a reason but still get results for RV (only) parks.
Google maps doesn't provide real informations about campsites. This app does.
This is the one and only app I have ever purchased I'm my life. It stopped working about a month ago. I just deleted and reinstalled it and it works great!
Very nice app. Would like to have more explanation regarding the $$$ symbols, i.e. how expensive or a price range or legend of meanings. Other issues: reviews do not always work, pictures are not always of the camping site. Would also be nice if it had the number of tent only sites within a campground. Over all, however, still worth 3 stars
I am using a Toshiba Thrive tablet. Bought this app to take my wife and son on their first camping trip. I would easily give 5 stars if the app worked right. Extensive database a plus. Filter function doesn't work properly. I check or uncheck certain items and it still pulls them up. Then when I return to the map either everything is still showing or nothing is. When nothing is showing, I have to restart the app. I say 3.5 stars at best as is. Fix these issues an it would be an easy 5 star for campers.
What is going on with this app? it wont open at all. I got this app years ago. I spent hrs going thru my library trying to find this app again. We used to go camping every week during the summer when my son was younger. This app was so helpful. Now we are starting to go on adventure again and I cant use this anymore? Wont open. When it worked back in the day, 5 stats. Now.... I would say 0.
