The camera only seems to work when I Uninstall the app and reinstall it. I called the facility and they said it's an app issue.
Mostly used for the live feed cameras and the app locks up a lot on those. You're better off going to the website.
Live feed is extremely choppy and hard to see/watch my dog. It would also be nice if we could see our upcoming reservations. Sometimes I make them well in advance. And I don't always get a confirmation email. Just would be nice to see so that I know if I've already reserved a spot.
My experience has not been very good my app just keeps buffering I have taken my phone to Verizon to see if there was something wrong with it then I took it to You Break It We Fix It they both say there is nothing wrong with my phone it is the app I took it back to Bow Wow complained about the app buffering nothing has changed
1st time ever boarding my fuzzy kids. Made it a lot easy being able to check on them with their video cameras. Loved it, Great experience.
Love Camp Bow Wow. The staff is friendly and always willing to help when you call. The camera to watch our baby throughout the day is the best! I've never had an issue with the app. Works every time and the picture is clear.
So, if I manually go into Play Store, I can open the app from there. But for some reason, it won't move the app to my home page...I don't get it.
#1 choice for Thunder who LOVES camp bow wow and all his friends there. The staff was flexible and made him feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly and I feel confident about my dogs safety and wellbeing.THANKS and happy holidays.
first time my dog was visiting, wife took him,, and i loved the fact they have cams that i can log into from work to see how he is settling , the camp itself seems awesome for dogs and the fact we can view them on live feed is amazing , i would highly recommend camp bow wow to everyone
LOVE this place! always so friendly and my dogs get plenty of excersise and attention throughout the day while I'm working!
This app is great! It's my first time taking my dogs to Camp Bow Wow and it was fun getting to watch them interact with the other dogs.
These are awesome and comforting and fun . I'm thankful for Camp Bow Wow, and we will be back soon paying weekly for Hannah and Joshua to have more exercise and more friends. And fun.
Buy this app it says buffering but stops after a little wile but you can see your dog from far far away very good good cams thank you camp bow wow your awsome just fix the buffering they aways come back happy and full of engery

First day for interview was disappointing. Not offered tour as advertised. Made me wait in front area. Told to "just watch" interview on camera. NO MASKS AT ALL!. I told guy at desk(no one introduced self) that my dog does much better with medium to small dogs. He is a medium size Basset. I watched the Cam and he was placed in area with very large dogs. He was very obviously overwhelmed. After he was moved, first girl was great with all dogs. 2nd terrible,knew where cam was and hid

This is a bare bone app missing basic features. About the only convenient thing you can do is book a reservation; however, you cannot even look at past or upcoming ones. Also, if you want to book a few daycares in a row, you have to do a separate entry every time. You should be able to select multiple days. There are also no prices shown or extra features to add on to reservations. If someone is actually reading this and wants more help with beta testing, I would love to help.
