Terrible load times, confusing interface, can't do membership bookings inside app, can't see existing trips... Worthless app.

This app is the worst trying to make an encore reservation, in a park we have stayed at numerous times (reserved using the on line web site) with no trouble. This phone app. Let's you get as far as "select a camp site"! Then nothing, will not do anything. Exit and enter again, every time it asks if your a thousand trails member and you select, it asks for member ID, after entering back to the same select site prompt then nothing! Now I remember why I dumped this app when I first joined!

I'm A Thousand Trails member and can't use my login for this, how is that helpful? Also like many other apps this doesn't show the difference between Thousand Trails and Encore so you can easily get wrapped up in an encore property and find out that it cost you full price, Encore Properties should be noted.

This app is good for finding campgrounds and sometimes booking them. A lot of the times though it will tell me that my membership ID number isn't accepted at certain sites. So, I have to either then book on the website or call and book. App is semi - useful and needs polished.

App continues to improve, but now has introduced a new problem: filter by brand/type of campground. I cant find a way to see ONLY TT or Encore. Please add to help members understand what is available for their memberships 👍 Also, as others mention, an app allowing actual member reservations (with true availability calendar based on your membership instead of hunting and pecking to find available dates like the website) would be a dream. Would love to rate higher! -NewstateNomads

Was great until the update. Now it shows more parks than I wanna see like KOA which I would rarely plan to camp there. It makes locating parks confusing, there should be a filter option for campground names too.

Worst user experience of any app. Wont remember password, makes you input info twice one signed on. Search map is not user friendly. Filter should be defaulted to your region and membership level.

app is NOT an actual thousand trails member app! Members still must use the Thousand Trails web site or call for reservations, it is helpful for locating TT campgrounds only! It also does not distinguish between member and encore sites which makes it nearly useless by itself, many improvements must be made before this app is useful alone.

Informative but not really useful. I like all the pictures and information about all the campgrounds available but when it comes time to book a reservation, I always have to go to the actual website to do it

I saw "Thousand Trails and Encore RV Resorts" and thought, "great, an app for Thousand Trails Members" but this is far from it. It is like trying to use rvonthego for your membership... completely useless.

So easy, had exactly what i needed to make plans, rates, available campsites, even if there were rentals. Quick to pull up info.

Campgrounds list is missing more than it has to offer. App is VERY slow loading the list every time.

Isn't really useful other then the reviews. So slow or doesn't work at all when clicking on a new category. I uninstalled ... better apps out there.

Doesn't work, you select a state and it gives the entire country. When I drilled down to a campground it couldn't give rates.

Easy to find campgrounds & easy to book. Rates are excellent!

so under listed, every RV park I've stayed in for the last five years is NOT listed on this app... I can't see where this would be very handy 😂

This application is missing a lot. I've booked before and I've done it last and it's not updated.

Useful aggregate of campgrounds. I Like that you can check rates directly from the app.

Cant even log in your user name or p/w. No user help. Had to log in by going to thousand trails sign in site.

This app won't accept any login information. What good is that if you're a Thousand Trails member? Why don't you make an app that's actually useful?

When you search by states you get other states with towns of the same name.

The Rangers are great the girls in the office are great. Everybody is great Tom Larry and the worker. Bathroom are very clean. Just love this place.

Very helpful App. When trying to locate Thousand Trail,Encode and KOA Campgrounds which we are members.

App does not show if a park is ThousandTrails or Encore. It does not show the fee at the Encore parks for TT members .

The User experience for Thousand Trails members is not intuitive and confusing. Why do TT members have to login twice?

Not what im looking for, i want state parks, coe, county, national parks.
