I like the graphics in the new update and the additions. However, some of the changes have glitches or are half-baked. Sometimes the campaign finance money glitches and shows a large sum of money. Their have been a few other graphical glitches. Also the new scenario stuff is not the greatest. If you pick something higher risk there seems to be an extremely high chance of making a mistake, but little reward when you succeed. It so gives you the same scenarios every game.

I changed my rating because I realized that the way they are balanced is fine. Previously, I referred to the Clinton v Bush and Dole elections as to why it isn't balanced, as I could barely squeak out a victory at easy difficulty by winning all the swing states and then some, I found out how you decised how to balance them, and that it's fine. However, I do feel as if it is rather limited. I would recommend doing elections back to 1952, as that was the first "modern" election with TV ads

Fun and enjoyable, love the different tactics one can use to elevate the playing field. Would like to see a custom map and or candidate, in the future, but as is it is still fun. Plays quickly and no waiting on opponents to move. It takes some time to get ahold of all of the game's concepts so you will fail and restart a few times until you notice features of state's traits and how to combat or embrace them.

Overall, this is one of the best political games on Android! I have a few suggestions - 1) maybe have a polling error for Hard Mode, so your lead isn't as certain as it seems, 2) consider implementing state elasticity into the game, some states e.g. Alabama don't change as much from election to election, and presumably campaigns would have less of an effect on the margin there 3) the AI needs to dynamically target close and leaning states instead of continuously targeting the same states

This game is really fun and for the most part, pretty well made, but there have been a few glitches I've encountered, such as when there was an event in Texas (Earthquake) and I took the low risk option, instead of raising the polls for Texas, it raised the polls in Ohio, and one other glitch where when I picked the Low risk option it gave me the result and context result of the High risk option. Other than that I have no complaints, maybe just add some background music if that is possible.

I think this is an amazing game, I love playing as Trump and sweeping the floor against Biden. Though there are some issues I'd like to go over. First I think upgrades should be cheaper, either that or give more starting money or give more from fundraisers. Second, I think you should add older elections as far back as Kennedy. Finally, I think high risk options should succeed more often. Other than those 3 issues, this is a slam dunk amazing political game. Keep it up

The game needs some work. Apparently clinton is a god in 92 and cant be beat because its automatically hard on all settings, even easy. A tutorial would be nice, or at least a better explanation of how spending your funds on certain things affects polls. It all seems very random.

For a game that is not free, it's simplistic to the point of being absolutely boring. There is no real strategy involved. You pop donation bubbles and advertise in swing states. That's literally all there is. Wish I could get a refund. Huge waste of $3. I could have bought a scratch off and been more entertained.

Very fun game. But I'd like more candidates added to all the elections, so you could change history and change the president. I would also like it to have a way for your candidate to answer questions about policy, which would help/hurt them in the election. overall though very fun, very cool game.

Game good be great but needs a lot of work. Cant figure out how to change the subject of my ads in states. You dont start with enough money. The high risks never ever work and when disasters strike it's never in the correct state

The game is really good. I hope that you will make another update to reflect the current race before the election in November. I purchased the game and i love it. I got a few suggestions: Extend the campaign from 75 to 90 or 95 days. Before you can get to general election add a primary season. After the game please show the final electoral map And increase the money being produced ingame.

For a paid app, I expected much better than free ones like 270. I'll review and give strategy at the end. The good: -Depending on the year, states have pre-set starting points and momentum, which makes each year feel distinctive. -Multiple ways to spend money to create a strategy, at least on lower difficulties. -Adding to this, most states have different costs associated with their campaigns. -Pseudo-random money bubbles and random events that boost/hinder support nationally/state-wide add to replayability. -Each game takes around 20 minutes and auto-saves, so it's easy to pick up and put down, or complete in a sitting. The bad: -There are a few bugs. When responding to a politician random event, it replaces the second name with Trump. When responding to a state random event, it changes the second state in the text. The worst though is that if you're in the middle of a campaign and restart your game, the campaign keeps going. You still get the benefit when it finishes for no cost. -Candidates are all the same. Nothing sets them apart. Not that it really could, because other than "liberal" and "conservative" (which you have to guess on, since it's not listed on the state, and would be helpful for radio vs. Internet ads), states aren't special like in 270. -Campaign upgrades are mostly useless except for Fund Raisers. And even then, level 1 is the best. Every level after that is not only more expensive (2M to 8M), but gives diminishing returns (10% down to 6% per level). -Hard Mode is mindlessly easy, with the exceptions being 1992 Bush and 1996 Dole, which are MUCH more difficult. -Every state starts with 3 "priorities" they care about. They are completely random each game, which adds to the replayability, but not as much as you'd think. Matching a campaign to a priority gives a small bump, but for the most part it's better to ignore campaigns in favor of volunteers. -Along the same lines, if campaigns mattered more, that'd mean you'd need to restart until you got a good match for key states. -I haven't noticed your candidate's campaign-wide issue to do anything. Whether it matches a state priority or not hasn't made a difference, either passively or for a campaign. -Their online manual says that low-risk means succeeding 75% of the time for a small benefit, and high-risk means succeeding 25% of the time for a large benefit. Unless it's very early in the game and you don't mind restarting if you fail a high-risk, it's better to just pick low-risk and get consistent small bumps rather than tank your approval. Volunteer vs Campaign info: Volunteers work the entire game. Hire them until maybe 30 days from the end of the game. They're a small but consistent benefit. States it's better to use campaigns, from best to meh: DC, WY, AK, ND, VT, DE, SD, RI, HI, ID, ME, MT, NH, NE, NM, WV, MS, NV, UT, CT, OK, IA, AR, KS, OR, SC, MN, and WI. The problem is that for most games, with the exception of ME, NH, NM, NV, and IA, those states aren't flipping unless you repeatedly bombard them with campaigns. And at best, you're getting 8 electoral votes for a ton of money (and time doing it repeatedly). Focus on a mix of volunteers and campaigns for the latter ones. Strategy: In general, Volunteers are your best option. Spread them out evenly. Ground Campaigns are great when there are 7% undecideds or more. Start every game with leveling up Fund Raisers once, and ignore the others. If any state's brown or lightly colored, flood it with campaigns 5 days before the game ends. For Democrats, put 13k volunteers on TX, 11k on FL, and 6k on PA. Campaign in ME if it's turning. Done! For Republicans, put 13k volunteers on CA, 10k on FL, and 7k on OH. Campaign in IN if it's turning. Done! Except for... 1992 Bush - put 10k on CA, 9k on IL, 9k on FL, 7k on MI, 7k on TX, 2k on WI, 2k on TN, and 1k on ME. Campaign in WI, TN, ME, and LA. 1996 Dole - put 9k on CA, 5k on MI, 4k on VA, 4k on NC, 4k on MN, 4k on TX, 4k on MO, 4k on IA, 2k on MS, 2k on OH, 2k on IN, and 1k on WI. Campaign in MN, IA, MS, IN, and WI.

The app is pretty much OK, but it requires certain improvement. For instance, add the popular vote counting based on the percentage of the population. Third party candidates would have been nice too.

Love the game but should definitely have a sandbox mode where you pick who runs on each side also maybe being able to create our own maps to start the game, would even love a clean slate 50/50 all states map.

dr. d. s. Mar 16, 2021

I really enjoy this game. However it may be impossible to win all 50 states, but I still enjoy the game. I really really would love it if you could play more past elections as well... maybe a future idea??? 😅

Bra. R. Jul 4, 2021

I really really love the game it's very good I just wish it would have way more elections and I want one election the 1976 election I would really love that but anyway it's a very pretty good game to be honest I waited five out of five or four out of five but yeah I think it is again a good game and I think you should play it

Art. P. Feb 16, 2020

Pretty good, consider adding a few more things: - having the "priorities" of a state be correlated to their demographics (e.g. oil states like SD should be more likely to have "Energy" as a priority) -having debates and letting your candidate respond/choose a strategy -having "Others" voters to better handle elections like 1992 and 1996

Dev. B. May 13, 2020

This game will not let you win as a republican, I've tried everything but no matter what he always gets the flip states, I can sink all my funds into going to flip states but no matter what he always win them.

Jer. P. Nov 5, 2020

For three bucks this game is a joke, and clearly rigged. I had one candidate around 280 in electoral votes the day before the election, and yet the other candidate somehow won by a landslide. Not much depth. In response to dev: the margin of error is not THAT bad in real life. The other candidate won by well over 300 votes.

Max. J. Jun 26, 2020

Game is pretty good but for the 2020 election Missouri is apparently a swing state but that's obviously not true in real life. I have to waste money for Missouri and I don't want to have to do that. Please fix.

Sar. A. Aug 16, 2020

I am in awe of how incredibly simplistic and just boring this game is. I played it twice and feel like I got everything I could out of it.

Kev. S. Sep 5, 2021

A nice campaign management game. Easy to play and understand.

Joh. Aug 4, 2020

Good but please add an online multi-player mode and primary mode.

I needed this game, terrific experience and good animation,

Tyr. W. Apr 15, 2020

Good game. Except the developers should update Maine and Nebraska as to they split their electoral votes.
