Steaming Pile of Garbage. Just bought and installed their camera and was pleased so far with quality and ease of setup. Sad to say I'm deeply disappointed in their lack of fixing and updating this app. It's simply not functional and constantly crashes. Wish the app was fixed so it could be used to not only interact with the camera but also download the clips to your phone and access the clips to upload online if needed like others can do.
The camera is excellent. However part of the appeal was the capability of viewing video through the app, rather than having to put the SD card in a PC. I've not been able to do this yet. It just comes up. .... App keeps stopping!!
I purchased this camera because it was wifi connectable for data transfer - I should have checked the app store for reviews before purchase. The app will absolutely not connect to my phone - it crashes the app immediately at every attempt. I'm going to guess that since the last app update was 2019, that I shouldn't expect a fix. Awesome work Campark - you had one frickin job...
I am very frustrated with the app because it keeps crashing. I remember making it work when I first got the camera and app, but it wasn't easy easy. I was at least able to get it working so that I can view live camera and view/download the video to my phone. Here's what I did: 1. Enabled WiFI on camera 2. Go to WiFi on phone and connect to CamParkGo SSID 3. Goto App and it will show you list if WiFi connections 4. Select the CamParkGo connextion, it will then load the screen where you see video
The clarity in the video is good but the problem in the App continues. The App keeps closing once we try to open any Video / try to use any function in the App. Pls resolve this bug. Else it would have been a great combination of Vidoe Clarity n a Good App
I contacted them on email, asked them to update the app, or provide a different app, they told me to download "Driverlook". That one works perfect, but they should have updated their manual for the Dashcam wifi setup. But the camera itself is awesome!
Disappointing results...too much effort needed to connect and it cant be used live at the same time as your cellular network with wifi. Manual switching is a pain!
The wifi doesn't work. Please check the reviews of the app compark before you buy. I bought this for wifi functionality and the app does not work. App has 1star rating for the last 1 year and no one seems to fix it. If you are buying it for wifi, pls don't! Waste of time and money. Good ratings you see is only because seller offer free gifts for 5 star rating. @seller, please don't sell this until you have a app that supports this functionality. CAUTION!!!
Can't even get it to work. Crashed as soon as I connected to camera and tried to view.

Please fix this app... it could be really good, so sad it keeps crashing, Very frustrating not being able to view and upload videos from my camera to phone without the laptop And with todays technology very disappointed
Constantly crashes and is totally unusable in it's current state. Needs a major update to fix all the issues.
Keeps crashing, said to turn off Bluetooth because it would affect it, turned it off now it crashes only 100% of the time
Horrible app, completely broken. Cameras main feature doesn't work, so camera is almost useless since format of images and videos are non standard.
I thought I, d buy a campark act76. OK cam seems to work OK. But it's not really action cam. Th standby goes off u hav to press it twice to activate it.. Not instant like go pro. WiFi just won't work. I just wasted 66 bucks on a similar cam I could get from target for 26 bucks
This app is absolute garbage. What's the point of having a wifi dash cam if the app crashes every time you try to use it. Dash cam itself is great, but this app to access the dash cam is JUNK!!!
Cam is great. APP is COMPLETELY useless as it crashes EVERYTIME you use it. Last update as of May 2019.... just goes to show how much care they put into this product. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
Wifi does not work and app crashes and wont open. Returning unit. Unable to check off wifi within the unit.
app is garbage & gps not available. App crashes everytime you open the app so nothing is available on any device. The advertising is a bunch of hype. Found out its been years like this. 🤦♂️...Read other reviews. smh
what is the use of this app if you guys keep receiving 1 star and you dont do nothig about it??? i purchase the camera becouse of the wi-fi function. the app keeps crashing, and i cant do nothing with it. i will send the camera back soon.
Immediately uninstalled.... worthless app, crashes instantly.... pissed i bought this camera, camera ok, this app TURRRRRIBLE!!! (IN MY C BARKLEY VOICE!) Only giving 1 star because I CAN'T give 0 STARS!!! And they were at least able to SPELL the company's NAME!!
Can't even try the features as the app keeps crashing! As we purchased this on behalf of a global magazine for review purposes, the manufacturer could have a major headache on their hands.
Definitely the worst Android app I've ever used. Constantly crashes. After messing with settings and permissions, I was able to playback some video, but only a few seconds at a time due to cache filling. Cannot use it for much else without it crashing. Luckily the camera was cheap and takes good quality video. Would be really nice if the app worked.
