Very good app for the most part,large icons on map,easy to read font on site info,no unnecessary photos of cheeses,wine,fish,sunsets etc etc etc. Reviews are minimal,i see thats as a benefit,not having whinging over nothing🙂. Will change to 5 stars then. Edit,updated to 5 stars,i like the gas and fuel station icons that are available to overlay on map, everything in the one app. Keep it up.
The app is great as long as you stay online, but practically useless if you don't have good internet. The app continually asks you log in which you can't do without the internet.
Good morning, Cheryl (the wife) and I are about to sell are house and we have already picked are new caravan and 4X4 Ute to start travelling the great country of ours, we were recommended your app by others who have been using it for years (thank heavens for YouTube). So far I think the app is absolutely great and fills all are needs, and in a few short months it will be put to the test. Well done on it's invention
App simply does not work. Installed it twice on my Samsung S6 and all I get is a grey screen. Thankfully it was a free sub through Camps 11 - now cancelled. I'll stick to wikicamps thanks.
Same as others. I'm using a Galaxy s21 ultra with Android 12. The app loads, briefly shows the log in page and then crashes. First time after instal,it did let me go through the sign in process and then crashed. Now it crashes as soon as it loads. Suggest you test it before uploading it. It's not as if my phone or operating system is oddball.
Works fine on one device but just shows grey screen with no content on second.several re-installs does nothing, very frustrating
A load of Rubbish. After installing an emulator on my laptop to run this App (because they haven't written an app for Windows) it just froze. Every time I clicked on it it just said installing but nothing happened. Now I have to go through the uninstall process for the everything. Why don't you have a program for windows? I'll continue with Wiki Camps which covers all applications.
Not impressed after last update. Font is huge, search bar takes up a third of the screen, the app is not usable. Updated again today, no improvement, and no response from your support email address, emailed 3 weeks ago - still waiting for a reply.
I am travelling with a dog and cat, so this app is perfect for me and our needs. I would like to be able to edit the typos in my in-app review but unsuccessful in finding a way to do so.
Renewed subscription in early Dec 2021. App still crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no joy. A bit disappointing. But I suppose technology is like that from time to time.
I was having the issue of not being able to access the app after the subscription renewal. I have since been contacted by the developer and my issue has been resolved. They further provided information that the latest version being released will resolve this issue. Also it sound as though there are some very useful additions coming in the updated version/s.
Buggy. Won't load. Was given a free years subscription when I purchased the Camps 11 book. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for the subscription - won't load at all. I will stick with Wikicamps & Campermate from now on I reckon.
Glitchy and keeps crashing, uninstalled and loaded again and same thing just crashes when asking for subscription. Need to go back to app developers.
Not good user unfriendly terms disappeared before could read them got signed up without giving consent i will have to uninstall app without using it also assigned me a user name which i only just quickly saw with numbers didn't get a chance to write it down cant find a way to edit my account
Unable to open the app. It worked until I made the payment for subscription. Now can't open the app. The error says some cache issue. The device is Samsung S21 Ultra. All good now. 5 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟
I don't unsterstand why you would pay for this app. Sure it has a filter function, but it just shows you the same results as if you did a Google search.
New app, now works just fine. There was a few teething issues in regards to the new software upgrade of late. Uninstall and then had to reinstall app, The small prompts eg to login to your account, was very small in size hard to read without glass, must of been developed by a young personwith good eyes.. I've been told this will be addressed... I do like the fuel referrer's, which your able to engage thought the filter..on the app. $9.99 which is an annual subscription might be a highly price
Advertise as free trial... but Yeah, fine, they'll tell you that you're able to cancel anytime in your first 7 days, but without first providing your payment details you can't even get a look at the app and what you're signing up for. Very sneaky tactic asking for payment details first. If your app is worth the money, why not do a proper, free 7-day trial without the risk of losing $$ should you forget to cancel?
This app is pretty ordinary and doesn't give me any information that I can't easily access via a simple browser search. Beware! By accessing the 7 day free trial the app gets access to your PayPal account. There is no facility within the app to allow for canceling the free trial subscription so keep an eye on your account to be sure that you are not charged at the end of the trial period.
I cannot even open this app after install. I'm running Windows 10 and have tried to uninstall and re-install, nothing works. pointless to have an app that does nothing. Unless something gets fixed I'll be looking to get my money back. There was an update due end of October and I have seen none of it. I am pissed because I am going to Queensland in November and the advertising for this app looked so good. Now I need to resort to antiquated methods to pre plan my trip.
very disappointed, trial was okay, then paid for the app and won't even progress past the login screen, very poor performance and I am on a high speed wifi connection, tried different phones and gives error messages about invalid charector format when trying to login via Facebook and then the one time it did login it just sat there on a loading screen, I would hate to be trying to use this app when actually needed considering how poorly it works in a capital city,
Really helpful & informative as we travel around this great big country. Wouldn't be without it.
App will not auto rotate. any suggestions. Samsung galaxy tab a 8". I have since been in contact with Campsaustraliawide by email and I got a very speedy response. They have assured me this will be fixed in a future update. Other than this minor problem I find the app easy to use and will just rotate the tablet for now.
