Easy to use, staff very helpful and professional

In my experience, the links are broken in regards to credit cards. I have checked periodically over the course of a year and have not seen improvements. When clicking any links to cards, information shows zero balances and the options to transfer or make payments tgrough the app. Useless in regards to the only functions I desire. Fortunately, the app allows you to view the total balance of the card on the home page along with the regular balances.

This app is terrible. Great bank, AWFUL app. For the last several months it times out every time I try to log in. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work and even then it still has issues. It always seems to have some sort of little glitch going on and it's incredibly frustrating when I depend on it for mobile deposits.

overall it's a good app, would be helpful if it showed pending transactions to help keep up with total balance throughout the day/week as my other banking app does. this one seems to take longer to post debits as apposed to the other one I have, it shows immediately after the transaction 99% of the time making it easier to see what I have available and see what has been taken out.

I bought a vehicle and it has been the most frustratingly horrible experience trying to pay my vehicle loan through the app or website! I even linked it to my other bank on the dash board and I STILL can't make a payment from anything other then an empty savings account they set up themselves when they gave me the auto loan... let's make automatic payments from another bank or debit card easy to set up, you know, since it would benefit you to actually be paid!

please fix the bug in the app it is very annoying everytime I go to log on it keeps spinning and spinning never let you log on anymore. I have to go on the website and use my account. what's the use of the app if you can't use it just do away with it. and yes I've uninstalled and stalled it back several times and still won't work properly.

It seems the Android app is not up to date. For about the last month when I login it times out saying there is a delay in the system and it will time out. It's not till the second time I login does it actually go through. Otherwise the app works as it should. Have confirmed that Apple users on the exact same wifi do not experience this issue.

Connection can be be a bit finicky at times, but it's tremendously useful for transferring funds to shared accounts, setting up sub-accounts for savings, and checking your balances on the fly. It's also useful for overseeing card expenditures and addressing anomalies that can occasionally occur. If you have a Campus Credit Union account, you WANT to have this application.

Frustrated with this app. For the last month it has not worked, either just spins or screen goes grey and kicks me off after I have finally gotten logged on. I should not have to uninstall the app, reinstall it and restart my phone for it to work. 9 times out of 10 it will only work the one time after I have done all that.

The basics didn't seem to work very well, but they've improved with every update. For one, the app doesn't tell you the max deposit that can be made using it, but then disallows the deposit when you finish it. Also, the next time I tried to deposit, the app would NOT recognize my "for mobile deposit only" on the back, and refused to deposit the check, despite my efforts. The app needs some work! Very frustrating.

The app continues to not work. I've done everything asked by customer service and it's unusable. For everyone else having this problem, and it looks like many are, if you go to their website from your phone you can log in that way and complete your transactions. Hopefully customer service/IT will have this worked out soon.

I heard about this amazing app on Coast to Coast Am the other night and was excited to check it out. I've downloaded the app, made and account, verified everything. Whenever I try and load the app it crashes immediately after I put in my email & password. It would be AWESOME if someone could fix this bug?!?!

I do not like that it doesn't show pending transactions with a balance in real time. I need to use two apps and keep a journal of every time I use my debit card so I don't overdraw. This function REALLY needs updating so it's up with technology. I am now opening another account elsewhere, it's too bad because I like Campus.

App is not exactly perfect. For those experienceing connection delays remove and reinstall. I have to do this every other week it seems due to the apps caching becoming corrupt and a simple cache flush on Android won't fix it. Great credit union, absolute garbage programmers and they know this too when you call to complain.

Campus, it would be super nice if you fixed your aop. All it does is spin and spin and spin when trying log on. When it stops spinning its to tell me my session has timed out. It would be so nice to never have to see the spinning wheel, or read the words " timed out" again.

Since the update, the app is not loading. just like others have stated, it just spins and spins. you cannot login. Unable to make mobile deposits, make transfer etc. to make a mobile deposit, I have to uninstall it, them reinstall it each time! Please fix the buggyness

Really great app. Makes banking with Campus that much easier. Easily deposit checks with your mobile device, check all your accounts, transfer funds, and so much more. Very easy to use the message feature to contact the bank.

This is the slowest and most inconvient app. I almost always have to sign in three times before I can get into the stupid app. Very unuser friendly. Always crashing, and it won't update. Just buffers.

I've had this app for years and never had an issue as well. I've been trying to make payments from the app and it has been giving me issues everytime. Nothing but a loading page. Very inconvenient for something that should be simple to use. Please fix it asap.

Very convenient app... when it works. It's frustrating when you are trying to deposit a check through mobile deposit but can't because it breaks or can't retrieve information. Get it fixed please!

I have had app since beginning no problems. Last update seems to have ruined it. Randomly allows for log in mostly just spins. have uninstalled still happens. When trying to do a transaction the screen freezes and goes blank. Please fix, I need mobile banking since this bank isnt global.

What bothers me is that I need 2 apps for this bank! This one does not show me what is pending and does not show the balance with pending transactions. I need to use another app to see what is still pending. Other Banks I've used shows me my real balance including pending transactions. And half the time the system is down! As I can see not one response from the app developers. This app makes me seriously want to switch banks!

this app always worked in past. then all of a sudden it stopped working did the spinning thing that other oeople. describe. I cleaned my phone of all the cache , uninstalled, and reinstalled again. that seemed to do the trick!!

needs fixing. has gotten to the point where i have to log in from the mobile browser because the app login screen just shows loading. i would uninstall app and have to register device again will work maybe twice and do the same thing again. such an inconvenience
