The worst app I have ever used, yet my university makes it mandatory to install. This whole app is broken, frustrating, and inconsistent. It's as if they had some good ideas to start with, but every time they thought of a new feature, they immediately started working on it without finishing the previous feature they had been working on, and after many cycles of that this was the result. No options/customization, shoddy foundation, missing/broken features, crashing, and tons of jank. What a mess.
Awful app. I turned off all notifications but it still sends me them. I also never recall signing up for emails for notifications, but I get them for EVERY SINGLE NOTIFICATION I get through this app and there doesn't appear to be a way to disable them. Viewing my feed takes forever to load, especially comments on stuff, and the in-app notifications are broken. It also signs me out of my college pretty much every time I start the app; "oops, something went wrong!". Uninstalling.
Many important features just don't work, like joining groups. The feed shows up but takes forever to load and can't be interacted with. On top of that, everytime you open it an in app pop-up to allow permissions (primarily files, but also sms, phone, etc.) you've already denied shows up (and no it doesn't work with those permissions on either).
This is the crappiest app on my phone and I have to bear with it because I'm an MBA student and unfortunately all the clubs and events at my bschool are listed on it. 4 out of 5 times it just does not load and then I have to open the website (which is just a little less crappy) last moment to see where and when to go for events. The UI in general seems like the developers never updated it after 2014. I'll have to deal with it for the next 2 years. What a liability.
The app crashes frequently, requires restarting to view calendars and QR codes. Also, it's annoying to have to scroll from the top when clicking into a group or event and then going back. Typically, apps like this bring users back to the last item they were viewing, not to the top of the page...
Essentially useless app that my college made me download. I have used it maybe 10 times, and for reasons that weren't entirely necessary. The notifications will not go away either. Overall, the app is slow and has a clustered design. Very poorly made app.
The application continually gets stuck in the bootup screen. This makes it impossible to check in for events. I even uninstalled and downloaded the app again with no success at alleviating the problem.
QR scanner sends me to a URL link from the app when I scan. Defeats the purpose of using the app. Annoying. I need to log in on my laptop and type an alt link. Also, can't join groups either. Useless pretty much, can't believe my school requires this.
The single buggiest app on my phone. App crashes whenever you get a notification. Then you have to find your school again, have a code sent to your email, and punch in the code to get back in. Better hope you don't get another notification in the meantime, or you're starting all over again.
So the first week of using this app went perfectly fine. I could open it whenever I needed to and check in to activities. After that first orientation week however, I can no longer get past the initial loading. Yikes. I can't give this app a higher rating until I can get past initial loading and actually use the app.
The app gets stuck on a loading screen with the CG logo after signing in from the school login. Absolutely useless and unusable. Maybe it's an Android problem (Samsing Galaxy Note 8), but if this problem persists, my school will have to stop using the platform.
A very negative experience so far. The app keeps crashing every time I try to login. I tried clearing ally data and cache but it didn't help. I'm using it on my Galaxy Note 10 Plus device.
Frustratingly slow, some pages load infinitely, UI is not that great, I don't enjoy using it, Timon and Pumba can live off of the bugs in the app...
Constantly need to reinstall because it stops working. Tried clearing cache and data, restarting phone, combinations of both, only fix is reinstall. Calendar is usually broken
Forced to download, slow, garbage UI, resource hungry and inefficient. More time is wasted trying to use this app than what time it is supposed to save.
can not load any information after using several times, and I redownload it, the same thing happened again ( nothing there ), then repeat. Bad experience.
This app is buggy and crashes frequently. It does not save events or load properly. I do not reccomend any colleges or universities to use this application. Hire a cs student to do 10x better
App crashes after UB login page. Cannot access app functions at all. Wishing to test for my campus group page, but the app crashes. The app will not take my valid university email address either.
App hangs on loading screen. Very frustrating. My uni just moved to this platform this year. Very disappointed. Samsung Galaxy S10
The app doesn't work most of the time and my school forces us to download and use it at events even when it's totally unnecessary.
Doesn't work at all now, and barely worked before. Probably an issue with android 9, but might just be a lazy dev team.
Takes forever to load calendars, and keeps saying there was an error. Just use the browser

This app does not work at all. Don't even bother installing it. It doesn't get past the initial splash screen. Also, for an app that does literally nothing except display a logo, it sure does ask for a lot of unnecessary permissions. By installing this app you're basically giving them access to everything on your phone, including the ability to do things like send emails to your contacts without telling you. This app is extremely suspicious and you don't even get any functionality in return.
