This is one of your worst games you have made , the 1st 2 will not allow u to move on even though the clues are correct the items do not open

I purchased coins twice and never received them on game. Feeling ripped off by a slow game!!!

Like the game generally. Dont like that for section 3 thanksgiving that dont get any coins for completing any level but still get charged to unlock the next level.

Cant even get started, the clues aren't working,tried 50 million times to put the clues in order on the box and it does nothing,that's the very first (scene) and tried the walk through and that cost me 20 coins and that didn't work either,please fix it

Completed level 1 4 times and still says its incomplete and I have to pay to continue uninstalling

The code for the box does not work! Pls fix!!

If only i cud get started. Why is each move lagging or taking such a lonng time to dwnload &♥ respond quikr once item is clicked on?..You can practically take a short nap in btwn just waiting which is spoiling a top game- Get my drift?♥ Plz adjust speed immediately then i will gv u a far better rating like a 5★ so plezzz adheed to this request & fix asap.Update: Lvl 1: jst starting out & the 1st code won't open the box therefore stuck after numerous tries. Argh!! another time maybe.

Ready to uninstall which is a shame as game has potential. Far too slow and boxes not opening when puzzles solved correctly.

Takes to long to move after solving a task. Way to slow!!!!!!

Good games but need walkthrough

The controls and especially the response times are awful. What should be a 10 minute game is taking over 30 minutes because everything is so slow to react. This of course, results in fewer coins won. I love the puzzles, but the controls made me uninstall. This is a problem in many of your apps that have multiple escape games in one.

I really love HFG but this game is to slow on collecting and placing items, sorry didn't enjoy it, but thére normally excellent
