This app is trash. It's broken half the time and the notification updates take forever. Checked my order today out for delivery at 8:20am my phone gets the update that it's out for delivery ery at 10:45am the fact that I barely have info on my order anymore. I used to be able to see if It was safe dropped and other info
After much thought I have decided to not use Canada Post anymore. If I could leave Zero Stars I would. The Worst Technical service, Customer Service, and all around service I have ever experienced with a shipping company. The staff is rude, lacks basic knowledge of the system and Canada Post in general. The request pickup has been broken for literally weeks. As a whole Canada Post is going downhill very Fast. Spoke with a manager and was literally yelled at because I caught them in a lie.
This app has turned absolutely horrendous. I can't open my epost, it tells me system viewer cannot be opened. I deleted the app and signed back in, which took about 10 minutes to be able to do because it was sending me around in circles and I am no longer able to view my pay stubs. This app needs to be sorted asap!
This App is terrible. Not able to login . When I hit forgot username and try login it says that email is not associated with an account and then when I go to register for a new account it says that email is associated with an existing account. I set up an account with a different email address and next day tried to login and got the exact same errors. Pretty useless really.
Switched to the app after mobile website kept crashing while attempting to pay for services. Same problem with the app. Useless and a waste of time.
I will get notifications for updates but then when I open the app there's no update. It's will still show the same last update form a day or two before.
After the update, it doesn't let me use fingerprint login saying " Google smart lock is offline" while I use fingerprint login for everything else. Also once logged in, it doesn't let me open any of the PDFs. Says "unable to find system viewer for this file". This needs to be fixed!
After December 6 update I can't use app to access my pay stubs. I have privately sent email to system administrator about issue with a screen shot but never got reply and problem still exists. "Unable to start system viewer for requested file"
Doesn't believe my address is an actual address. And now that I've tried using my grandmother's address it is saying it's having technical issues. So what now? Nothing? How frustrating.
I use this app to look at my paystubs majority of the time. I'm not sure if it's just an Android issue. Anytime I try to open a paystub, it says "error - unable to start system viewer for requested file". It's been MONTHS of this problem and I've emailed for support before with no reply back. I'd reconsider the star rating if this issue ever gets fixed.
I already have an account. I tried to confirm address as well as check out multiple times, and I keep getting error messages.
I never had problems before, since I had to reboot my phone now I cannot login into my account. When I go to forgot password, it tells me the account doesn't exsist. When I try to sign up, it tells me the email is connected to an account.
