This app is a great source of information, but there are numerous typos and inaccuracies in the explanations. I also think that the user interface would benefit from a professional designer's touch. At such price it definitely deserves some improvement.
The app was working good, now it is not letting me open it. It pops up and then it closes it self. I sent and email to the developer and he is not responding to solve this issue even knowing I paid for it. Not good customer service.
Great app. Thoroughly explains concepts with pictures and well thought out descriptions. Recommended for anyone looking for an app to study material for qualifier or TC PPL exam.
Best tool for written prep
It's good to practise. However something funny happened the results at the end. I did answered at least 85% 206 metreology question. It gave me 69. When I checked. 1. It marked red the questions that I answered correctly. 2. I saw red bar and when I open it my answer was correct and green and I got wrong results. It should be fixed.
Handy and user-friendly, good for practice but not enough for who never attend to any ground school. I use this app for 15 days non stop study on top of reading two books and I pass the exam for PPL .
Good prep. Keeps you studying on the go. Questions are comparable to the actual exam.
transport canada links are invalid... That is unsat!

Im a ppl.... I got this app 2 years ago. I didn't have the time to read books cause my job. But I was playing with this app whole the time and I goy my writting test last February 2015 and I pass one shot. I reallly recommend it.
Intuitively designed with the concept of stacks and flagged questions to help focus on questions that need greater attention. Helped me get 98% on my Pstar! Strongly recommended.
Really hoping Dauntless will make a Commercial app very soon....
Hey guys. Past the Canadian PPL exam in Montreal with a 92% using this app not only to complement my ground school but also to get acquainted with Transport Canada questions style. I just wished there was a CPL version which I would buy without hesitation. Is it coming soon?
I own the PC version of this App and love both. the Android version is not as pretty but works very well.
App is so-so. However, there are free tests online and great books that are laid out better. Had an issue with the Android app and enjoyed one of the worst customer service experiences from 'Marty'. Final recommendation is to save your money with the duplication of material this app gives you.
When it works it's ok. Unfortunately most of the time it crashes on start.
This program is amazing. I aced my PSTAR with help from this app. I cant wait to start using it to study for my PPL
I wrote this review after being shocked by the previous Guy's comments. We have been using dauntless products for years with our students and have fiund the content to be far better than that of books and websites, and many of our students have gone on to use this excellent and, for what you get, very inexoensive app. Of particular quality are the detailed illustrated explanations. works great on my Xoom tablet and Samsung galaxy phone.
There needs to be a Canadian CPL version of this ASAP!
The app itself is good for the phone or one platform, wanted to download the app on my microsoft PC and would have to buy it a second time. It's not multi platform compatible unless you buy it over and over again to use it on all your electronic devices. Should not have to pay more than once for a product. The study guide is good though.
