Good info on the attractions, but the Ride Wait Times feature, which would be the most useful feature, is actually unreliable and most rides dont even have an estimate. It would not be difficult to get fairly accurate and updated data for this, like how other parks do it, but I wonder what is the point in even trying if they are not aiming to do it well. Putting in a little effort to improve this feature would significantly enhance this app.
The entire reservations system for Canada's wonderland from the website to the app is a BIG JOKE! The most unfriendly system I've ever seen for something as simple as buying tickets to a theme park ! Shouldn't take 2 hours ! Waste of time. 1. Buy season tickets online 2. Then you have to register your season passes. Why do I have to do that anyway ? Then the registration system doesn't work on the web . So junp to the app to register passes. App doesn't book dates.. crashes.JUNK!
The reservation system's a joke. I entered our season pass #'s to reserve then had to add all my personal info again for a reservation. Bought a gold season pass during their flash sale because it seemed like a better deal then a single day ticket. After purchasing seasons passes for me and my kids, the seasons pass registration was full. Single day tickets were still available for an additional purchase. Wasted our family fun money for the weekend. Thanks Wonderland.
the map feature works well until you get near splash works where the map overlay is inaccurate. i was able to find restrooms, navigate the park to the rides my kids like easily within the app. the wait times are just useless though... always wrong even when updated recently. worth using, but could be better. i didnt experience any battery drain as reported by others.
Very few rides give the expected wait times which is the most important thing I want to know from this app. I can get a map at the front gate that tells me height requirements and "thrill level" so really this app is useless and a complete waste of my data and storage. Don't bother with it. You want to get on a ride just wait the time. Get a mail at the front or download the pdf file from the website.
While at the park it works fairly well, the map isnt hard to read, actually pretty easy to use and the wait times aren't 100% accurate but there abot 90%. The only real issue i have is with my account and season passes. Im logged into my account and i jave successfully added a family members gold pass to my account but it just will no let me add my personal platinum pass. Really wish i could get help or for it to actually work.
Unreliable. Keeps saying it's offline despite having WiFi and mobile data. Ride times don't show over half the time, and only for very few rides. I feel it's more of a data miner than a useful app.
wait times are not accurate. I use the app to store my season pass which is great however it takes too many clicks to display. Should be 1 button on the main page instead of having to click through 3 or 4 menus to display.
I am a very patient guy and I look into every detail before I criticize anything. I Thought the people having issues with this app were just lazy people who did not read the instructions but I thought wrong. This app is so buggy , cannot even make a reservation . A simple god damn reservation!!!(shows full every date) . If you don't want us in the park cause of covid, I get it but please don't scam us. Fire the guys who made the app. It is terrible.
The map does not list where restaurants are, bathrooms, smoking sections, or anything useful but rides. my company had bought tickets, so I could not connect the app to my tickets, cannot connect my app to funpix, this is one of the more useless apps I have seen.
Clunky user interface, misleading/incorrect ride wait times, useless coupons make this app a pass... which is a shame since it has the potential to be so much better!!
I just bought a seasonal pass especially for their splash works and they have no dates available for the season whereas they are giving dates for single day admissions.What's the point of issuing seasonal pass if they have no dates available for them...i really feel cheated.
extreamely trash app for multi million dollar company. i bought tickets off the app and got charged twice for 2 pairs of tickets which are non refundable all because of the app timing out on me and gaving me an error code. if you want tickets or want to do any purchasing DO NOT use this app!
app does not really work well for wait times. Example i was at the ride Flight Deck and was wondering how long the wait was, the app told me it was a 13 min walk to the ride. also i am currently in line for White Water Canyon and the app says its closed for the 2018 season.... might want to fix these issues
i like the app, great features but i can't give it a higher rating as there are sections of data that are two years out of date. please update.
App never allows me to sign in to see more specific details about my season pass. Ride times are almost never accurate either. Please fix.
Map is horrible and hard to read as many items will overlay eachother. The ride wait time is awful. A lot of ridea dont have a wait time and the ones which do are wrong.
downloaded this app while there and it was better than paper map. It helped me get to thr ridea using the GPS. i hope you can add options to sort rides by eight
The app doesn't show wait times sometimes, and it isn't updated consistently with the status of the rides.
App is good to navigate on the park and keep your account info / season pass. The wait time function is fiction, 0 min wait time usually mean 20+, 5 min are more like one hour. Disappointing function, hence de 3 stars
provide GPS system in the app.. so we can set destination to the ride... it will be easy to find the way.. it will be the good feature in the map bar
Unreadable. Only gives you ride wait times when in the park. I want to know ride times and which rides are down BEFORE I enter, and once you enter the park the wait times are ALL incorrect. Truly worthless !
App is well designed and full of information. Can you please add a filter to search attractions by the height, it would be very helpful for parents with the kids
I don't know if it's because I have an android phone, but the app doesn't even display the wait times. My daughter, who has an iPhone, did have wait times, but had the direction arrow freeze up on her an hour into our day, and her wait times never updated all day. What is the general purpose of this app, if not to annoy customers??? You make enough off of us on parking alone! Spend some on updating the app please
