Canadian Tire

The app has come along way and is much better than it was. It still has some issues with the wishlist. If you add to many items it hides them and you never notice until you start removing old items. The 2nd issue I have is with some items that have multiple selections. For eg. the individual nut drivers have different sizes to select from but you have no idea which is which as it just gives you the product # rather the size. Filters are similar, gives you the product # in place of the filter #

Overall happy with the app, however ever since the main CT website update has happened. An already wonky wishlist sync between (desktop) website wishlist and mobile app, has now been completely lost. There is currently no sync at all between desktop website wishlist and mobile app wishlist. I did triple-check if I was logged into the same CT account on both desktop as well as mobile app, which was the case.

App does not support finding parts for models of engine size , transmission etc. You cannot get a confirmed part that fits you vehicle. You have to call or go to the store. That will be why I chose alternatives to Canadian Tire. Was a loyal customer for years. But this app needs to evolve to include more model specs.

Well. I like that the app will show me exactly how many items and what isle they are in. However. I can't log in. I have tried many times and even went as far as creating a new account. This is not a super huge issue, but still annoying.

Really amazing app, so is the program , straight forward to understand it's clear, the advantages are great! Recommend to everyone, the only thing I can suggest, is to add everyone even more specials deals we all love those! Thank you for everything looking forward do business

I tried to make a purchase from the website and the program kept cycling but not going to the checkout screen. Decided to download the app and it allowed me checkout promptly without any issue. Everything from interface, to layout, to operation work great, an easy 5 stars.

Does exactly what it's meant to do. Easy useful search function. You can attach your triangle card to the app. The app runs smooth and is very intuitive.

No problems with app itself so far, lovethe option of being able to swap offers with other triangle rewards members. Kinda mad they canceled a recent ordering made from not being go pick it up in time but yet haven't refunded me for an order I placed during covid.....

Disappointing. App jumps to items totally unrelated to search title. Can only find desired item by trying to read the mind of the programmer (?) who apparently has no knowledge of hardware or tools.

Did you read??? I said I don't want to call you people to change the email addy of my account. As I said, I've just done this over 30 times with other companies and I didn't have to call them. They have secure ways to do this. Amazon,for example, let's us do this in the app with no interaction from an employee. When you've caught up to the 21st century and let us do this in the app, I'll consider downloading it again. Until then, no thanks!!!! (When you make things complicated, we go elsewhere)

Search engine is logical and first in line. That is, the first thing you encounter on the app is the question, "What are you looking for?" They do not first irritate the customer by asking you to login, or choose a store. Contrast to Real Canadian Superstore, who has THE WORST computer department, for shopping, credit card. Keep up the good work, Canadian Tire ! !

Of all the store apps, Canadian tire is the only one that tells you what isle your item is in, and what side it is on. That feature alone is worth the download. One thing I don't like is that it seems to ignore your filters when searching. If I want in store, in stock only....it shows out of stock items. Super annoying! Still though, it's a great app.

Great app except for the Search function. Trying to look up a product number tends to be a problem. Looking for an item by entering its name brings up hilarious random results! You may as well skip the Search and go direct to the department from the sidebar menu. Otherwise, the UPC barcode scanner works great, the flyer mode is fantastic, and in-store product availability is very handy.

Worse than Website!! It's 2022 & Cdn Tire still has the absolute worst website ever & now this app, that I've installed - 3x now bc the website sux so much but it never sends a confirmation email so I still can't use it. I usually order from Amazon after getting frustrated trying to use the website. This non functional app certainly won't save Cdn Tire any lost sales from my household. Canadian Tire should be embarrassed by the state of their online presence. Invest those profits in tech!

So after glorifying Canadian Tire for being a great company that give people second chances to have credit. I took them up on this for a 200 credit card with intention to get my creditlimit raised to $1000 within a yr or so. Anyway I have had it since last April so 13 months and have max'd out and paid in full 11 of the 13 months. The other 2 i paid at least 100$. I tried to talk with them about this on the phone and asked to get a raise in my limit. And they said i would get a letter. Nothing!!

I love how i can check everything like inventory and place in store and pring and reviews on this app. Makes shopping so much easier and less stressful when you can just go grab what you want, knowing where it is.

Easy to shop and see reviews. Ordering online and heading in to pick up is handy, though they are often confused where the item is in store. I see a flyer and find what I want tonorder on the app before they sell out.

C tire has been slowly upping the e-commerce game and it has not gone unnoticed. Still has some work including getting in on faster/cheaper delivery and better pictures/descriptions for more products. That being said I have noticed some products with several pictures and full descriptions so hopefully that means they're working on the data base. I'm most impressed with the seamless transition from local flyer to the actual item in the app. Just tap the deal on the flyer you want and voila.

CT Online order is unreliable, u will loose offers from others due to CT's process. I ordered 》got the order email 》annoyingly got cancelation email from Canadian Tire after two days This is happening repeatedly, lol, moreover after ur ordered product might show out of stock and when you get cancelation email, then again its available. CT do not bother to improve the inventory updates, why? In a name of customer service, CT must give some complimentary rewards if they fail to do so.

I tried this app three years ago and it was a total mess. The improvement has done is amazing during this period. I enjoy. The only thing I would mention is if I am looking for a product. It gives me only the stores around me and doesn't suggest other than my postal code area if I'm willing to get the product. And this could be overcome by delivery service, why do CT offer this trending service for it's clients?!

One of the worst store apps I've ever used. To start, it ALWAYS says I'm offline, I've changed my permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled, you name it. Secondly, searching for a part for your vehicle is stupid because it only shows their store part number so you can't actually find anything specific to your vehicle. Third, the filter system is garbage and unusable. Like come on Canadian Tire, your App has been terrible for years, get it together.

Overall a good app. Search works well, manually searching through catagories is still a little clunky. Online ordering is pretty painless and pickup is easy. Thanks for adding the option to load all the offers at once! Now if the stock was a little more accurate at times it would be much better.

I really like this app. First it is Canadian owned. Second, the app allows you to order and pick up, and allows you to preview the next flyer the day before the end of the last one. This makes living in the country and traveling to the city so much more potent because I can preview the upcoming flyer and make my trip to the city worthwhile. When can any Canadian Tire has big sales, nothing else comes close to it. I highly recommend this app as essential as any other big box or online stores

Fantastic app, a lot of tools missing details such as mixed (3/8 1/2)socket sets. You have no idea which sockets are 3/8 or 1/2 without opening the package.
