Very antiquated product. Also asking to flip cheque over even if already done. Anything handwritten is an issue. Overall very poor compared to other banking systems.
The app goes down overnight and on weekends so I cannot access the app to send money or receive.
It is easy to use except on Sundays when it seems to be down for repair or something.

Behind the times compared to every other banking app. No quality of life features like notification of low or overdrawn balance. It works fine for moving money between accounts and checking balances and that's it.

Hi. Hope you are OK today. Dealt with this bank for many years now. The people have always been friendly, professional, courteous and willing to do all that is necessary to serve you properly. The big Canadian banks - not so much. They even CALLED me when a cheque caused an overdraft situation. They allowed me to make a deposit that day so the account would not be NSF. Using this app is completely simple and has the options I need for my banking.
I wasted 20 minutes in branch attempting to set up my password.At home the app still would not allow me to access my account and locked me out. This is a defective app, not working with Samsung Android.

Every time I try to log on something new is wrong and I have to contact either my home branch or a customer service clerk who can't do anything but try to tell me what my problem is in the first place, and then wait until the next business day to call my home branch. I am so sick of not having access to my money like people with other banks. Props to the tellers for being so kind but getting locked out of your account every time you need to pay a bill is so anxiety inducing.
Frequently has no connectivity. I'm constantly having to uninstall & install app.

Very slow and times out often
Often breaks and will not connect until a restart only banking app that has this issue that I use. Its been issue after issue from this bank and I don't know how much longer I will utilize them the lack of function on the weekend and outside of there branch hours makes them pretty much useless to me. I'm paying fees for nothing.
