Not at all polished app. So many things to be developed and polished. It shows error some times and the UI is also not good. The passbook won't instantly updated as transactions are made, It takes like a day. And the passbook doesn't even show the intrest amount credited. The worst banking app👎👎 the developer doesn't even bother to upgrade it
Worse experience Doesn't update transactions quickly. Sometimes requires a full day to record a transaction to the passbook. Now I can't even register to it. Doesn't send the sms, so that I can't get the otp in my OnePlus 5T. I used this app before resetting this Device. I don't know what is wrong. Is there any substitute for this app to get passbook details?
This app is not working. I'm not able to complete the registration process. It sends a message which requests for an OTP from my device. But the OTP never came as SMS and I'm stuck in the verification screen. Please do the needful as soon as possible to resolve the issue with an app update.
Have loan account. no shavings account. When I submit my loan account number for registration it shows in the background transmission successful. but ultimately no SMS received for verification. Tried many times. always same message. it appears that this app has become obsolete and no body is concerned whether this app is working or not.
Really a waste App. First of all the bank should have one app. Here there are more than 3 apps for banking purposes. And also the statement which is shown was not proper. It takes almost a week to display the transaction details in the statement. The transactions doesn't reflect instantly. Garbage Bank.
Accounts updation is very poor. Always shows wrong status of account. And the preview of accounts is also poor. It must be shown as laser as on passbook. That makes user friendly to read accounts. But major problem is very poor account update problem. I hate this. Please correct this error. And try to update passbook on real time.
Not user friendly. Inspite if providing correct password it is showing wrong. The same issue noticed Multiple times. Upon click on forget password link though SMS cost charged but no OTP has been received except a Sorry message notifying the failure to send the OTP due to server error. Then why SMS cost is being charged. As compared to SBI app this app is very poor.
I am unable to register in the app. When i enter my account number it redirects into my message app to send a message but the message doesn't get sent most of the time or sometime gets sent but OTP isn't recieved and hence can't get registered. In my old phone it was working perfectly but in this phone it got crazy. Please look after this.
This is not a good app. Canara Bank is such a big bank but the services of this app is worst. It's doesn't get maintained for 3 4 days.. last transactions are not updated on time. App always shows error. Statement feature are not working many times. Many more corrections are required to app. Please correct your app. Other bank's apps are really fast and smooth. Yours one well wisher and a customer.
In spite of giving correct password the application says "wrong password" many times so that the application becomes useless many times. To one's surprise, it accepts the same password some times. Again today (31.12.2019), right password is not being accepted. Don't know what to do. The developer should sort out the issue. 🤥
Very pathetic experience from this app. Whenever I tried to get the account and loan details, only an error message appears as "no account details available, please try after refreshing the account" and it's also a bit of time wasting. Very poor app.
Worst banking app, one can ever imagine. Even after entering correct passcode, it shows that passcode is not correct. The developer seems to be so novice. Such app, kids can develop. Very opposite to user friendly. Need to redevelop the app. Learn from sbi app or hdfc app.
Eveything is fine but still not in competition with other Bank's Apps. Below are the drawbacks - 1. Unable to dowload passsheet on mail. Its giving error all the time. 2. Statement shows only one month's statement instead of one year.
Can't login. Shows 3 messages every time I try 1.incorrect passcode ( I am typing the same code I do everytime) 2. Network error (all other apps are running well) 3 try the new version ( can't find a new version) Worst set of apps for banking by any bank till date!
Not much useful. One can view only few transactions or mini statement of max 30 days. Shouldn't it be like a real passbook, that could give a year's account? Also the ability to download a pdf format of statement should be useful.
Unable to register in dual SIM mobile phone it is saying unable to send message. when I disable sim 2 it is sending the message for registration process but unable to get the OTP. if customer is not able to register so what the use of this app. please test and fix the problem ASAP I ll change rating of this app.
I have received a passcode. But it's with 15 digit. But the app is not accepting the passcode. Total waste of time. I am using mobile banking app of 2 other banks including a foreign bank. Both are perfect. But this is hopeless.
This is very nice app that shows all my account details in a single window. But a few days before it showed only one account detail. Now after reinstalling this app I don't get OTP for registration. Developper please write to us whether the bank is continuing with this app or not. Mailing to department head also vested in vein.
You really need to check your app. It is asking account number but when I do enter it say OTP has been sent to mobile but No OTP is being received yet!!! And instead of that my message inbox is opening and some weird sms code is being typed to be sent. I don't understand I should receive OTP not to send a weird coded sms!!
Nice app. The main issue facing with all apps of canara bank is we cant check sweep in available balance. Please update the same because for checking the same there is no option available other than contacting branch.
This app was excellent, it was very helpful for all, u need not go to bank for little things, all transactions were clearly mentioned, but now it became very difficult to understand. This rating is given by me only for removing the aap.
very bad.. suddenly stops. installed it and registered it again and again.. but same case every time.. whenever i click on the refresh accounts option the app stops working completely.. very disappointing
Poor app , even sent no. Of time to receive OTP money is deducted but OTP never sent by server. Pathetic app. wastage of money. Developer better to take a look on it . Learn from other banking app who charge nothing and delivers fabulous services. Dear developer thanks for ur reply, have u gone thru ur app where's the option receive OTP on call. Literally I just sent another msg to receive OTP but No reply . PNB m passbook and SBI apps are close to perfection and this app is close to infection
Good one but can be better The app doesn't update the transaction history in real-time and it only shows the data until the day before yesterday. You will have to wait for todays to get the info on the my yesterday and today's transaction history.
Worst experience. Want to give negative ratings but it is not possible. Otherwise I gave it. Unable to register. Every time I entered my account number but after it app didn't recognize the mobile number. Very bad experience. What type of application is it?
Not working well. first when i tried to login it shows error in passcode. After when i reinstalled the app and tried to register, it shows error in sending otp.tried so many times and finally uninstalled the app
The worst banking application i have ever come across, every time i enter the pin it says error in connection or invalid request, the developer hardly seems to bother about this app and this app is like working o DOS operated system in this era of windows 10. Useless app. It some times say new version is available, however i never saw an updated version, i think its more than a year i have seen any upgradation.
