If the whole OTP sending system is not working, then there is no way one can even START using this application. For I would kindly request to fix that problem so that the OTPs are send and received in the first place. Secondly the app also gives a QR code to scan as an alternate method to activate. Its really strange that the code to scan is within the app !! Even more, one way or other lets say you got the QR Code scanned. It takes you to some wiki link !! Basically, an app which is supposed to solve problems and to make customers life easier has not only made is difficult and complicated but also have introduced lots of 'bugs' in the system too !! Nice work guys !! My best guess is that you guys are in the wrong profession !
Canara bank yet not start offline OTP services but they have released app. Useless right moment.
After entering passcode, the screen says "Please wait" but never changes afterwards. So basically cannot do any transactions without network coverage which is why this app was designed in first place I guess.
Mid April 2019: Used to word really well in the past,but facing "network error" for the last 4 weeks during activation process on my new phone. unable to use. Edit: 1.5.2019: Mailed to developer 1 week back. Now no more network issue while activating, successfully activated and able to generate and use offline otp. Changed my rating to 5 stars.
Love this app. Been using this app since 3 years now. Changed 4 mobile phones and yet easily registered with single otp sms to activate. This app really made my life way easier. I don't have to wait for otp message anymore. I wish my other banks had similar convenient app. This is the best app and service from canara bank.
Not useful for NRIs those who are already abroad and need to receive OTP. You have to be in India or need to receive OTP somehow to activate. This defeats the purpose of this app. I have no reception on my registered mobile number abroad. I am left in limbo.
App freezing after entering passcode. No way to indicate what the issue is. Has been like this for more than a month. Why build an app when you cant maintain it? I would give you negative stars if that was allowed.
Been freezed on the loading screen, after entering passcode. Issue is not resolved even after several days.

Worst mobile banking OTP The worst mobile banking app and OTP app from a bank in India. I have sent my complaints to several emails but I have not received any response. Each and every update of the App comes with a problem and their response to fix is very very poor.
This app is frustrating. It doesn't work when we needed as it shows please wait indefinitely. And sometime says the pass code is incorrect even if typed correctly. The developer should fix these issues immediately.
Some times good, some times irritate like anything. Like usually gives error message ( please enter correct otp generated in the App). Please resolve this issue.
The app worked after the update for few days now when we enter the one time code, the generste OTP button doesnt work. This is frustrating.
I sincerely appreciate the entire team for resolving the problem of activation. Now this very useful application is functioning very well. Please keep it up!!!
This app used to work fine, but the update has ruined it's stuck on loading after entering pass code. Do fix it!
App is very slow. if you change the Mobile instruments, it cannot be loaded in the new mobile.
To register for offline OTP it asks for OTP. I resorted to this app to get rid of OTP problems. But I am not able to even register offline OTP. Technical team please advise how to proceed
Most disgusting app from Canara Bank. As per this app, one should register or activate in the funds transfer section of net banking. When we go there as suggested, there is no such OFF LINE OTP option.The TOP officials of IT department of Canara Bank should have first tried this app for themselves, before releasing to public. They are putting Canara Bank to shame by releasing this type of half developed apps .

App freezes indefinitely after entering the password. Even after so many people complaining here the developers have not fixed it. Seems like no cares at canara bank. Pathetic!
Sir , i am getting wrong OTP. I tried many times but after entering the otp while transaction saying wrong OTP. Why????
I installed this app and did initial setup. I am not able to login in to the app. After entering passcode it keeps saying Please wait....
This is 3rd time the app just take the passcode and gets hung for days. dame issue held on last year

Just downloaded this app, just opened and it's showing 10 digit activation code what is the meaning of 10 digit activation code
If Mobile is changed OR Mobile is Reset OR Please provide an option: REGISTER/DEREGISTER at the bottom of 1st page of the App. OR app data is cleared OR app uninstalled/re-installed, problems arise at the Start page. Through net banking also, it fails to first DeRegister & Next Re-register. To overcome these problems, Please provide options REGISTER/DEREGISTER in the opening page of App. Please forward this feedback to the Concerned Sections for implementation.
There is no option in Netbanking to register for offline OTP as per the activation process. Called Customer care, they tell the same process as app and when told that there is no such option, they were as confused as I am.
