idea of this app is very nice however options are limited when we compare with SBI Rewardz or other Peer Banks.. Also you can't convert your reward points to Amazon Pay or JP miles as in other apps.. Bank should make attempt towards it.. also i had transaction failure twice for which i didn't get refund of my points and my previous card is having an amount which was excess than payable dues which was not carried forwarded to my new card when card expired even after calling customer care.
There should be a separate app for debit card program. As the app keeps switching to Credit card program. Which makes the whole app cumbersome and outdated. Developer should note this point for future updates, if any.
Pathetic app. My point in card statement is more than 6000 but in app it is showing only 64 . When I have called customer care they advised for Google chrome or firefox I have used both but still point is not updating in app or in browser login. Worst app ever.
The app is not opening since a month. I uninstalled and again installed the app.Gave all the unwanted permissions to control the device. Still it is not opening. Has it stopped working forever?
full waste of time you can't able to recharge also and jio options not there....... they have not updation the app they just lunch and forget.....plz provide customer to a good service .now i forget id when i enter credit card number its shows internal errors
For the past two weeks, while trying to log in, the app stands still at the blue screen with logo and not proceeding further.
Nice experience , easy to redeem , easy to shop, easy id pass reset option but it can be mergerd with CANDY, one bank one app. Sometimes you are trying to reset User ID and password by App, you received " internal error" Please go throgh canara rewardz site, u can easily reset .After reset you can easily excess this app.
Simple and user friendly application. 1.Why can't you people integrate the same facility in Canara Saathi application, when Canara Bank has sole application for credit card. 2. Is there any feasibility/possiblity of using credit points to make payment for credit card
Most useless app. have been constantly trying to sign in with my correct username and password still it is showing internal server error. what rubbish is this????
Poor interface and technology. I tried to recharge my mother's jio mobile using my reward points. My reward points were debited but the recharge was unsuccessful. Complained twice via email but no solution provided.
I am trying to login since more than 3 months, but it doensnt open. Always shown an internal error messege. Worst experience with this app.
App - Not Working - Post Latest Updation - Before this updation - App was Working fine . Please rectify immediately .. What should be done from our end to get app working . Now another update of bug fix will only close the issue.
Auto renewal card points are not updated since card renewal date is 01/06/2020, although complaining about this so many times till now not resolved, I am not satisfying with this app. Poor response from officials also.

Very slow service. Even after 15days of the use the card not in the database of rewards. When I contacted concerned BRANCH to change mobile number 7 days back no response..SBI Cards are more good compared to canara
I used only once and nowadays it doesn't even opening . Completely stressed up with this app and canara bank's app management. Please do the needful
Worst Ever App, Especially after an update. Always an internal server error if we select forgot password option.

Unable to redeem points. If the cost of the product chosen is more than the accumulated points I find difficulty to use debit or credit card to pay the diffrrence. Same case with price and points are same. Because of this issue I am losing points every month.
