Canasta is a classic card game with many variations around the world. It's really close to other games like Buraco and Gin Rummy. The game offers three type of variations, Rules customization as well as extensive statistics tracking. Play Team, Solo and Speed Canasta for ultimate fun!
Canasta is normally played with two standard 52 card packs plus four jokers (two from each pack), making 108 cards in all.
Each player is dealt a hand of cards, and in the center of the table is a face-down pile of cards called the stock and a face-up pile of cards called the discard pile. The player to the left of the dealer plays first, and then the turn to play passes clockwise. A basic turn consists of drawing the top card of the stock, adding it to your hand without showing it to the other players, and discarding one card from your hand face up on top of the discard pile.
After drawing, but before discarding, you may sometimes be able to play some cards from your hand face up on the table. To play cards to the table in this way is known as melding, and the sets of cards so played are melds. These melded cards remain face up on the table until the end of the play.
A meld of seven cards is called a canasta. If all of the cards in it are natural, it is called a natural or pure or clean or red canasta; the cards are squared up and a red card is placed on top. If it includes one or more wild cards it is called a mixed or dirty or black canasta.
The play ends as soon as a player goes out. You can only go out if your partnership has melded at least one canasta. Once your side has a canasta, you may go out if you can and wish to, by melding all of your cards, or by melding all but one and discarding your last card. It is legal to complete the required canasta and go out on the same turn.

Variations
• Team Play : Four player game with two team. Combine score of both partner will be counted at the end of each round.
• Solo : Two player game with no team. Individual score will be counted at the end of each round.
• Speed Canasta : 4 Player game with two team. Here only one round will be played and high scorer will win the game.

love to play but not the ads
The game is relaxing and addictive. Was a 5 star rating however i don't understand why in the game if my opponent picks up the pyle with red 3's in it the game freezes on their end my end still works however I still have to exit the game and lose my money ,the hand, and I believe this needs to be fixed.
Great for playing single player game. That's all I've done so far, except trying to play against my wife while connected to the same Wi-Fi hotspot. It does not seem that you can play one-on-one against a single other opponent. It appears that you need four players to have an online game with friends?
Game is great, but the ads are horrible. Wish I could pay for the game + get rid of the ads. It would be a 5* If that were possible but an add after every hand played is a bit much!!
I said you have to many advertisements after each hand. Your reply was I could purchase the app. I don't purchase anything if I don't know if I will like it. So what I did instead was delete your app. My rating stands. There's others ways to handle some of your advertisements. Also I have no problems purchasing a app it I like it.

I have been playing for years. You took my money to remove ads. Did an upgrade to the game lost my original account and to pay again to remove ads. Just shaking my head. Do not like the upgrade.

I love it, just very disappointed that there is not a better variety of people's faces. I see better faces on my opponents. Would be also nice to be able to change table color and different cards..
Great game but what I hate is when you start a new game and all of a sudden the game freezes and you have no choice but to start over and loose your coin! I have lost millions already!
Sounded great and downloaded and now won't open so totally unable to play.More than a 45 Meg download so a waste of time and money.Eventually managed to get it to open and it was fine until I had to go out and when I tried to open it would not.Disgusted with struggling and deleted the app.
Players or robots who look like people lay their whole hand down without a canasta and just sit there, I've been waiting on this person/robot for 30 minutes, I loose 250,000 if I quit to get out, very unfair, there should be like a 5 min turn, then the other person forfeits the game, at the most 10 minutes

Changing my review it is a pretty good app but I guess I ran out of coins even after I watched a short add still didn't have enough coins to play so I gonna uninstall
So far I'm loving it! I don't like playing with bots is my only gripe. It would be nice if we could interact with real people. I myself don't have friends that play canasta. Why not let people join and find a partner on your site? If that were possible, I'd definitely give your app. 5 stars
There are no real people at these tables. All bots. I have played time and time again winning every single round. Not that I don't like winning but this is no fun at all
If you have to resume the game.. it always glitches and I end up losing it's quite frustrated..

Zero Stars - Absolutely horrible. The cards dealt aren't even close to random. The developers should be ashamed of themselves. Do not waste your time.
Too many adds as soon as you sign up . then wont let you play when ask to pick a room . keeps asking to make sure you are on same wi fi as your friends . uninstalled immediately .
I have only just downloaded the app, I like that the game starts straight away no starring at a blank space for 3 minutes waiting for something to download. Let's see how i go. B back later
Terrible team play teammates constantly make ridiculous decisions 🙄 😒 ruins game play gonna give it 3 more tries then delete it. Impossible to find a game with quality play experience.
Enjoing the game. May pay to remove ads. Lost intrest in the coin 'Prizes' in the shop. maybe unlocking new card backgrounds?

I like the game a lot, just wish you could play online with real random people.
It's fun but when you play it as much as I do, it gets predictable. When playing teams, the other team seems to always have similar cards & the person discarding to you has a lot of discards!
