A normal game is to 5000 not one hand melds go up as you score more points. Not real canasta layout is a little weak most new players wouldn't understand not bad but not for me or what I'm looking for
App appears to have been developed by a 5 year old.
I can play canasta live with my friends for free - what's not to like.
I can't figure out how to discard when I only have one card left. I looked at the user guide and it didn't help at all. Can someone please help me? If I get it figured out, I will give 5 stars. How do I discard my one card if I don't have a canasta?
Too slow & simplistic. No variations for live play. 1 card pick^....really? Thats default?
Don't like its not a 4 person partner selection its only a two person game
I probably would like it, but the game would not allow me to pick up the discard pile even though I had 4 of the same cards in my hand. Tried to play a few more times with the same ridiculous results, therefore it is now being uninstalled. 😖
Team A always starts, should alternate. First player to pick up pile controls hand.
If you get stuck with only card in your hand, you're hosed. Can't end your turn without discarding, can never pick up the discard pile. [Update] I was incorrect about not being able to pick up the discard pile, and the developer is correct, according to Hoyle the only time you are allowed to not discard is when going out. I had previously played variants which allowed no discard if you had only one card left but could not yet go out; also which have 2 card draw instead of 1. Less stuckness.
better then most that I have tried to play however the cards are really small and I can't figure out how to get my deck out there if there is more then two in my deck. So if anyone knows how to do that it would make the game a little better
I am by far NOT am expert Canasta player, but even on expert level I beat the game more than a few times in 2 hands. I have not played the on line version yet. Maybe I‘ll try it, but playing the 1 person game is pretty boring.
This is an excellent version of canasta. It has a really clear layout and is easy to use, and I love being able to play with friends online. Highly recommended.
We've been looking for multi-device Canasta for a while and this is the best so far. I easily connected with my wife and game play was smooth online. However it is very short on options on 1 device and there are none on 2. I learned to play with 3 decks, 2 card draw, & 1 discard. Give us options and I'll buy it. And maybe Bluetooth. Thanks guys, your almost there.
Im god at this game. Play me online. Username is jinxdfuria. See you there
Love playing online.
Easy to use and good fun to play.
Can not connect to play online.
Really good game - and it's free!
I would rather pay for a clean app than look at ads.
Easy to use. Recommend.
Never anyone to play online with
I installed this because of the live mode. However whenever searching for live opponents it says there is none, so I never have been able to try. Additionally, the interface lacks as cards are WAY too small! The game uses up only a fourth of my screen on the left side and I have one of the new Galaxy Note 3's. With all the technology available, seems like this could be greatly improved upon.
I really enjoy being able to play with another live player. I look forward to an update that will allow me to play more than one game at the same time. Keep up the good work!
Noone to play with. Layout of cards was terrible
When i touch cards to meld nothing happens
We've been looking for a canasta game that we could play online for a few years. This one plays well. I'm not sure if you can play with more than one person at a time, though. I know you can save and continue at a later time, but are you able to start a game with another player while you wait to finish with the first player? Or do you have to end the first game to start a second?
I love it
It a good game. I want to try the live play part of it.
random my a--! they are bots. how do i know? because once a random player was there two days later to finish the game!. And tell me if anyone has ever had a player want to play again? It doesn't take a degree to figure that out.
