I opened this app after few months and my whole data is lost. To proceed further it everytime asks to furnish and save the card details.I don't understand if I have to frequently keep on checking this app and account so that the data wouldn't be lost and I don't have to keep on furnishing the same details again and again. Also it asks you to setup MPIN too as it's also lost. Otherwise the app is good.
This app has issues always. Somtimes we have to enter all debit card details and sms will come after 1 hour for activation. In emergency situations when I try to transfer money I really feel very bad beacuse of this multiple issues and most of the times I am facing one or other issue. I can see lot of people complaining about this app but still there is no proper fix is not done. I am not comfortable in going to bank for transactions and that's why using mobile app and this is also very bad.
Awful experience. The app crashes everytime and it keeps on loop loading... Always throws internal server error or any other error statements. Annoying to d core. What the heck is this. App functionality and money spend for designing the app was merely waste. The best way to move your account to other banks
This app is worst , app is not opening at all. Unable to process request, we update the app please relaunch it , some excuses appear on the screen when I try to open app. I talked with customer care executive also ,they said that take a screen short and mail it ,but when i try to take screen short ,u can't for security purpose , so can i mail them help me out
It is really nice app to use for mobile net banking and also loan purposes. But, the part of Loan, scheme is not responding in the app correctly. And some of the charges are taken which is not informed in the bank statement. And newly adding charges are not informed to us by the bank. Sometimes, it comes as unable to process and server problem when opening the app. whenever it is an emergency to use. The loading for every page gets late. The customer care call gets busy when server down arises.
This app and this bank has honestly been the worst experience in my life. The payment server randomly stops working at minimum twice everyday. I never receive a single OTP unless I try a million times. Customer support is non existent. If you just got an account at this bank and see this review, it's your lucky day. It's not too late, cancel and get an account in literally any other bank in the country. You'll thank me someday. Wish I could go back in time and get an account in any other bank.
I am trying to register for net banking but getting the following issue: In this app 👉 Ater click on "New Registeration" Nothing happens (Blank Link). In any browser (After filling all correct detailed then click on "I agree" It shows) 👉 First name/last name/fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, please contact branch. Even i linked my adhaar, pan and mobile number along with mandatory update of sign and photograph.
Very Worst app. It's crashing very time. Not able to even enter details for login again properly. And lacks many features starting from basic user friendliness. Been trying to login and use it and keeps saying to enter debit card number while it's not provisioning or accepting the same. Don't know what they update of this is the case everytime. Very disappointed
Scale not low enough. This 'banking app' if you would like to call it, is as useful as a candle in the wind. App isn't verifying the registered number at all. Tried to contact the customer care but they're being nothing but helpful. Better off using another bank.
Very slow and consume more data. Sometimes logo keeps moving and app doesn't got open. Why not you make it convenient for easy use? It miles away as compared to SBI yono which is very fast and consume less data.
Worst app. We are facing the following issues from soo many days, but no update from them. →While checking the balance it is continuously loading but it is not showing the balance. →Even though we try to check the balance through UPI apps we are getting "Request failed due to technical problem". →Even though we enter the correct UPI pin during the payments it is showing invalid pin.
The app just doesn't work, it constantly shows only the the home screen and nothing else. It doesn't let you operate anything as well as doesn't go back. It seems as the phone is hanged. Disappointed, tried of trying again and again
App is slow. I'm unable make gold repayments, every time it shows apply new gold loan banner and when I close the banner it just brings me back to home page. Worst experience ever. This app contains so many bugs.
Extremely Poor android interface. Display overlapping on screen or command menu to go to next stage not visible. Very slow app. Please learn from icici n other bank apps. Windows desktop lite version captcha displays alpha numeric code but audio captcha is numeric. Lite version never works. Always Rejecting user ID in desktop and lite version. Worst app seen in lifetime. Website has frequent problem n displays wrong user ID instead of indicating website is not working. Useless stereotype reply.
This is really disgusting, when I tried to open app, it show as update your app, hence when I click on update it goes to Google play store bu there is no option for update , it shows only open and uninstall , hence when I click on open it go to main page and stuck there. This has happened 3 times.
The app is slower it consumes lot of time to use it. It hangs a lot. For opening NEW RD for the first time, we are unable to open it. While opening for the second time we are able to do but we are unable to select the branch for which we want. Kindly note the above
Worst banking app ever! The app seems to never remember any passwords, every time I log in I have to get a new password. The app also fails miserably in auto detecting OTPs. Walking to the nearest branch seems like a better option in most cases.
Such a worst fin app I ever experienced. You are not allowing to use the app without update. When you update it's not showing the login window. So uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Then changed all the 3 passwords. A week before updated the app and again today noticed again for an update. Becoming worst 🤒
WORST EVER Trying to access the app in the last one week as I configured for the first time. Each time to check my balance its taking me to update mobile, email and Adaar. But its continuously giving swrver error in the last one week. What a pathetic app it is.. WORST EVER....
Can't register. The OTP doesn't read automatically. Not sure what is in store next. Terrible. Tried several times, before receiving the OTP and then it doesn't allow you to enter the same.
Unable to activate. It's keep on saying your activation is in process and check later. Even after 7 hrs getting same error when I try to activate it using debit card. So many 1* s and everyone raising same issue. I don't know why no one is trying to rectify this activation issues.
Worst banking app I have ever used. It takes hours to send an otp, so I never can rely on this app to make any online transactions. The sms notifications are never sent on time, it takes more than 24 hrs to notify us of what happens with this app. Worst.

90% of time it will not be working. And it happens when you need it most. Even it will not logout. I am using it under compulsio. For every issue raised by users, the pet reply is - sorry for the inconvenience. But they will never address the problem.
Its a hopeless app perhaps slowest in the world. It waits too long to start each application and many times doesn't happen anything after clicking. Apps of pnb, hdfc, axis are too cool, why not this?
This app is automatically deregistering many times and need to enter debit card details...please give an alternative solution for registering app rather than Entering Debit card details again and again... disappointed performance and UI also need to improve...Old type User interface...please make UI better and smoother with refreshing new look like other banks...
Totally useless app. Works only in India. Device is registered in India. Sim card is active. Still your Candi app is not working in Egypt. It is so poor work that, it can neither recognise the Device nor the mobile number in it. There is no option to give a big Zero star. Poor work of software construction. Even your website is not opening.
It's always hang. It's really whenever we need to check the balance or transaction history it won't work properly. Please try to rectify the problem or give the control of app to anyone who is compeletely involved to resolve the issues of app.
Worst app ever in entire banking regulations. I am totally frustrated to get just logged in using MPIN option as it never goes on next page as it always search and search and this is happening from the days previous financial year ends. I am unable to do anything in application and even application doesn't allow to capture or take screen shot.
