You have to buy some type of device that you're supposed to use with it. It's the Candy device. If you're just looking for a good free kegal app using nothing except your muscles... this is not the app for you. You can purchase candy for about $200😑
App doesn't work. I even can't create an account to pair Candy. Maybe servers are down this New Year night.
