I redeemed 2 3 dollar pay pal and it took all my coins and says cancelled. I have reached out several times to the different emails i recieved to use and was told there is no redeem button and its to play for fun which is a lie because i have palyed this game for a while now and have always gotten my paypal money the next day.
this app is a scam. I claimed my points to a pay pal redemption and they canceled my order. when I contacted the email provided I was told they would not give me the money or the points back that my activity was suspicious.
Shame on y'all! At first I actually cashed in for two $5 steam cards and it went smooth. So I saved up and redeemed 140,000 pts and it now says cancelled and they won't respond to the emails. Karma....
Saved up enough to cash out for a 10$ PayPal only to have it cancelled and nothing credited back to my account. I'm calling scam and 1 star until this is taken care of satisfactorily.
False advertising. There is no way to redeem your coins for rewards. No answers from "customer service"

Was enjoying the app and liked playing the games. Unfortunately that came to a quick stop, I had accumulated enough points for 2 of the $3 Amazon prizes and instantly after redeeming my points it said "cancelled" next to it. I emailed the company only to be told that since my phone uses a VPN program I could not receive my prizes. Not once did I see that stated as a stipulation.

I actually enjoyed playing the game at one time cause it was exactly like some of the other games I played. However I won one of the jig saw puzzles and it won't let me redeem it. I have contacted the support team several times and they will not respond back. Cause of this reason I stopped playing until my problem is fixed I will keep this review. When and if it gets fixed then I will leave a better review.
This app is one big scam. takes forever to get points and when you get the puzzles pieces you can't get the prize. I tried several times to cash in puzzle and nothing. there making money by you watching videos down loading apps but there misleading people. uninstalling this app
So far everything seems great. I was afraid of getting low points however, that hasn't been the case. I have actually won some puzzle pieces for bigger surprise prizes and hope I will win all the pieces. So for now I will say this is a great app and I'll keep you posted!

I wondering how to redeem puzzle pieces. It justnputs me in a loop of putting in my phone number. Sends text. Then ask for number again. I cant even figure out how yo register.
The app is very misleading, haven't won any money and the ad for the game in FB states that you can win cash prizes. Waste of time
There's an ad literally every 5 seconds. The instagram ad is misleading as it suggests you can earn pretty big vouchers in little time. Not the case. You need 36000 coins for £1 off or something like that and you earn 5 at a time max. Not worth it.
the older version, I was able to redeem my points for gift cards, now since I upgraded my phone and downloaded the app on this phone, first I had to start over on my points,(wouldn't transfer) and now they have completely revamped the app and it's ridiculous on how they changed everything. I will uninstall everyone of the scratch apps that I had until you change it back to the original version.
