I've been playing this game close to 10 years. I never get tired of playing it. I just wish they do some updating like add some more levels.

Playing on a Samsung Z3 Flip phone, and the app is not center which means I cannot play the game as the notifications to progress are not on screen. I've played this game for years and have never had any issues but can't even get to the board to select a level now.

Im am unable to play the game at all since you added the bonus game with the train. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game and have plenty of memory. It errors out and screen goes crazy everytime. Response.. No i cannot cuz the screen either goes black or freezes and goes weird. Cannot screenshot until i close down the game. I cleared my cache and data etc. As soon as i log in the train bonus game auto starts and i cannot get out of it to play the regular levels cuz it messes up my phone

Addicting and so fun! I'm stuck forever on one board. It would be great if, as with the cupcakes, we could also earn extra plays with reaching our 3rd cupcake or perhaps by getting a green check! 5 extra plays with every green check would be so much more challenging. I've been stuck so long now on this board, I see no way to further myself here. Please give us some more incentives.

I really enjoyed the game and have played it for quite some time. I would give it 5 stars except it barely works lately. For the past few months the ap won't open correctly, kicks me out or freezes up making it so frustrating. Please fix it. I really do miss it.

Won't open up most of the time. The special games once in a while won't open at all. It just flickers. Ive uninstalled, turned phone off and reinstalled and it wont fix. Very disappointed. I did, at one time really enjoy playing. Now.....😫

I have had this game on my Kindle Fire for a long time, I had made it up to level 460 something when the game starting kicking me out and freezing. When the levels open you can not see it all and soon it will kick you off the game. I have not been able to play the game for about 5 months now.The game is fun when it works😒

love the game but seems to freeze up alot it isn't free flowing like candy crush saga, soda or jelly. When it unfreezes it the move you made comes back into play like one coming from the side and the other coming in on the other side like thats what it suppose to do BUT when i play on my breaks I DO NOT HAVE a minute or 2 for it SO DISAPPOINT voming close to uninstalling it

I'm confused. The game is fun; however the controls are terrible. When I hit or slightly touched the right columns, a trolley or a cat appeared hysterically. Please fix this, and I am sorry if I am not describing my problem clearly.

Love the game, BUT.. Can you fix it so the `hard level` screen disappears instead of blocking my play. I wasted a `life` on that today, and that is probably at least the fifth time that`s happened. And yes, I wasted a 'life' in the game every other time as well. I've been playing a long time. This 'glitch' is relatively new.

It used to be a good game now it keeps freezing and my screen goes black. Sometimes when the game loads it's in the top left corner about an inch big.its also very slow between moves

Have to start from beginning because when I backed it up using Facebook it went to an old backup that I haven't used since 2015. I spent a lot of money on this game over 5 or 6 years and it needs to get with the times allowing you to use on any device. I don't use social, media with my games . This used to be my favorite game, now it's fun but too expensive, not being able to play on on any device unless you log into social media, makes my rating go from 5 stars to two stars.

I just broke open my "Kitty Bank" in Candy Valley for $2.99. However, it charged my credit card but did not credit me with the 2,000 coins I was supposed to receive. What a scam. I will not be making anymore in-app purchases. They either need to give me a refund or fix the problem.

I've had this game for over 4 years and now it won't load. It says that I have no internet connection but I do. I'm on level 4;500 and something so I'm not about to uninstall the game then re install it. I've taken the time to play your game every day for over 4 years so I expect you to look into this matter ASAP please

I am at level 60 right now very fun I would recommend this game to everyone really fun the only thing that I would like to see is that after you get done with a level is to see a recipe so that we can make the treats.

Since the upgrade the game constantly freezes and plays in slow motion. Please fix this issue. I haven't been able to play for 3 days!!!

Very disappointed with this game at the moment and it's a shame because I love LOVE this game. It keeps clutching and freezing ,so I uninstall for few hours ,then it works for a bit and then freezes. So I am not gonna re install till you guyz FIX IT!!

I have uninstalled this game from my tablet. It will not allow me to purchase coins/tokens. I have enjoyed this game for several years but no more. When I try to make a purchase, it does not specify the price. In place of the price it says "undefined".

Is there anyway to play this on a 2nd device and be at the same level! I bought a tablet and want to play but it takes me back to level one. Plus it keeps closing on my new device.

I have been playing this game for over a year now when I click my level it get stuck I have refreshed uninstall and it not letting me play I need for it to get fixed cause I love this game. And I don't think it matters what kinda phone cause I have a note 9 my daughter has a 8. Please fix I rate the game a 10 when working but now 0

I'm so frustrated, I absolutely love this game, I am on level 1078 and now I cannot play. I read it has to do with the android S10 but I have the S9 and have never had an issue until about 2-3 weeks ago, what is happening?
