CannaBuzz - 420 Social & Photo App

Sept 2021: Freezes or crashes every time I back out of a post. Won't upload any photos and can't update profile. Navigation is a chore and you find yourself in a never ending loop. Update Feb 2022: Got an email to get back on the app and none of the bugs have been fixed. Uninstalled (again)

They require a human in their end to activate your account. I have been waiting nearly a month to be approved and I can't find any way of contacting them to speed it up. If you are going to do this, you need to actually have someone authorizing new users.

The app should have really been worked through before release. It's constantly crashing, glitches, bugs, etc. If pictures finally do post nine times out of ten your whole description is gone as well as all hashtags. And that's IF the pics posts. The news feed hardly ever refreshes. And if you're not connected to Wi-Fi, forget about utilizing the app at all. It just won't work. I've been deleting and re-installing since the first day to no avail or change. Always the same issues.

Love the idea! Idea is great but there are many technical issues with the app. Giving three stars since the app is great when most other social media is so strict but right now the app is slow and buggy. It's too buggy to probably scroll and find new pages and takes a while to post but since this app is new I think there is still a chance for it to be good. Hope the technical issues are fixed soon.

The feed is full of basically spam that you have no choice on. Everything anyone posts on the app comes up in your feed. Liking pics requires tapping a very small thumbs area instead of just tapping the photo. Takes WAY too long for a video to load and you have to tap and wait for it to come up in another page. Forget about uploading videos. Way too easy to delete your pics and way too complicated to upload...needs a lot of work. Could be great. Will update if anything changes.

Not happy with it. Got hit by scammers, and had to Uninstall tge App, and pull away from it. I Did like meeting some people, and the people I Knew were in developing and such- but- I can't log in, and it left me vulnerable to cyber issues. Maybe, when things are more streamlined, I'll try again. It's a Great Concept, it just has too many people that Aren't genuine, within the group. When you can contact support, they DO take care of what they can. I'm just not ready to try again, Yet.

The app is great if you can get it to work on your phone. At least half of my time spent in the app is waiting to see if it will load what I clicked on, or if it'll sit frozen until I close the app. The "timing out" has been consistent throughout the last few months of updates with no change in performance.

Never seemed to upload any pics or videos. Only text. Always seemed to be loading or processing something. Idk. Not worth it for me to use if I can never tell if a photo or video loads because I have to keep my phone open and running the app for longer than I want to give it. Several (approx 5 mins) is too long for me. I even have fast internet.

Honestly unless you have the notifications on then everytime u open ur app it says it won't work properly without it turned on but then I get 100+ notifications that don't even involve me, a day. Also the feed favors 1 featured post and then I don't see much in feed at all but the same posts. It's not so user friendly in terms of navigation and ease with that. I like the app but I'd make a few updates for user friendliness.

Coll idea but really buggy. I have a flagship phone and the experience choppy at best. Would be nice to post to multiple groups at once due to overlapping interests/categories. Video posts are often lost to the ether, photo upload quality seems variable. Would be nice if you could choose to delete your account in case you want to start from scratch. Great community, average execution but hopefully with more time and resources it will get there.

Amazing! I absolutely love Cannabuzz, I've met some amazing people who have such knowledgeable information. In about 2 day I've been on this app for a year and I absolutely love it! 💚

I love the idea of the app and it's so nice to be able to post without the fear of getting banned or deleted posts, but trying to upload anything on the app, in Chrome, or in Chrome on a desktop is almost impossible and you pretty much get lucky if you can post. I'll rate it higher when they fix this issue.

Tried to set up account and will not send confirmation email. POS if you can't get that right!

This app could be the one the industry makes the switch for! Leaving only 3 stars due to lots of improvements that are essential for the app to be considered an IG contender. Load time is very slow, the mobile app is extremely glitchy but I have confidence it will improve!

I was excited about this app! But was disappointed shortly after. Its slow, wont load. App Keeps freezing. I click on new notifications just for the screen to freeze. Well at least I gave it a shot!

Its ok at best. 'featured posts' means your feed gets clogged with stuff you may not be interested in. Can't really get rid of it so it'll be the first thing you see every time you open the app. Performance lags quite often. Significant overhanging issues.

After a frustrating setup where you HAVE to verify your email address to create the account, the email would not show up in my inbox until a few hours later under spam. Nevertheless I created the account so now fastforward about a month later and I'm having the same issue as I'm trying to reset my password. To sum it up, the app is so buggy I didn't even get to experience it.

Won't open. I signed up then signed in and it automatically closes without opening at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone... Bummer because I want to check it out. Update- They've fixed it and I really like the app so far.

Update to my update: STILL NOT WORKING CANNABUZZ! This app could be great if you would fix it properly. It ticks me off even more that you took the time to respond claiming to fix the problem while not fixing it.UPDATE: I originally gave this a 5 star bc I want to love this app. I love the concept of it but with each update it has gotten worse and worse. I have been unable to upload any photographs, videos, or even typed out updates to my profile making this app completely useless to me now.

I created an account when this first started months ago and no one was on here so I left the app to wait for a year to get traction. Now IG users are coming here and I cannot use any of the action buttons. It's like frozen. And won't let me click on any buttons, profile, settings, update, nothing. It's just me scrolling through others accounts and that is not what I came here for. Edit: 7/19/21 Its still laggy. Uploading pics and videos take too long. There is also a glitch on the feature page.

I liked this app but it crashes,slow to load, won't load messages. If they could work the bugs out I believe it would be a good app. This was my 3rd time uninstalling then reinstall so I gave it more than 1 try. Please fix this application.

It's a decent layout, but I tried uploading my first video and it keeps restarting over and over again. 12hrs later and it still isn't uploaded. It'll get to a few percent, then restart...It's just draining my battery. Still glitchy...needs work. Uninstalling because there's no option to cancel the upload, which means it's just a literal battery drain.

I love the idea, but the app is unstable and the block features don't work

I'm starting at 3 stars as it's still a work in progress, I hope. Would be nice to be able to upload multiple photos to a single post. And now it's one star, problems loading video's, the platform just feels strange like I'm using a first version of myspace on a first generation apple computer, not very user friendly. Sooooooo after multiple attempts to log in changing passwords and the platform not hi lighting the log in button i now give -5 stars

I mean you cant even send or recieve messages. Put the bong down and fix the app.
